Summoning

Every 500 years heroes are summoned from a different world into the world called Miltelt. Miltelt summons the heroes because they want to slaughter the demon race. Every 1000 years an extra hero will be summoned and with them a new type of magic affinity. Each hero has a magic affinity. First was Holy, then Fire, then Water, then Earth, then Wind, And most recently was Lightning. It should have been another 500 years before a new Affinity was summoned. But standing before the king was 7 High school students, the first 6 were very attractive. They had defined features and nice hair. They were your signature "Normies".

That brings us to our protagonist, his name is Ojiro Akuyami, he wasn't wearing a school uniform like the others, he was wearing a black hoodie and black jeans that drew attention away from him. His black hair was messy, it looked like he just woke up. The reason was because he couldn't afford to go to school.

Ojiro had just woken up from a really strange dream. In it he was sitting at a table with 6 highschool student, he couldn't see their faces because they were looking at a fat man with a golden robe embroidered with red and blue gems. The man announced to the room that they were heroes summoned from another world. He gave them all tea which was a very expensive product in this other world. When he took a sip he heard a strange voice telling him not to drink it. When he did his body started to convulse and he vomited blood. This all happened before he woke up.

"That was one weird ass dream" the Teen said in a yawn. He might not have attended school but by no means was he dumb. His IQ was 119.

That's why when something that couldn't be explained with science shocked him. Standing right in front of him were those teenagers from his dream. He might not have seen their faces but he could tell by their unnatural hair colors. He had prayed that it was just a coincidence but when a blinding light enveloped the seven of them he knew he was screwed.

{how long has it been? Minutes? Hours? Days? I couldn't tell. I was still waiting for the light to fade} When it did he was surprised to see a Large Black dragon, it has glowing purple eyes and teeth. It had spikes along its arms and wings. And it had smoke rising off of his body continuously.

[HELLO? BOY CAN YOU HEAR ME?]

Boomed the voice of the Female dragon who's voice was oddly familiar yet he couldn't quite grasp it.

[MY NAME IS UMBRA I AM THE RULER OF THE NIGHT AND THE COMMANDER OF LOST SOULS]

{Heh? Your kidding right? That sounds like a load of bullshit if you ask me.}

[I DONT WANT MY HOST TO DIE ON MR ANYTIME SOON SO DONT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THE PEOPLE YOUR ABOUT TO MEET. THEY WILL TRY TO CAUSE YOU HARM. I GUARANTEE IT.]

Suddenly Ojiro's conscience slipped back to the realm of the living and he opened his eyes. He saw high arched ceilings made of white marble. The walls were made of the same material except they had gold accents making different patterns. He was lying on a red velvet carpet that led to a large golden chair. In it was a Short and Fat man with a large grey beard. Next to him were six beautiful women.

Ojiro's eyes immediately landed on the 6 teenagers they were all holding black spheres. And each persons sphere glowed a different color. Until Ojiro stood up nobody realized that he was even their. He was very good at making himself disappear.

"Who is this man?!?" Yelled the king all the whilst pointing at Ojiro.

"I don't know your majesty, their was only supposed to be 6 heroes summoned this year"

"Well it doesn't really matter. Just get him an affinity orb"

"Yes sir"

A few moments go by before Ojiro is handed the orb. Once he receives it he was told to focus on making it glow. The orb slowly changed from an opaque black to a crystal clear orb.

"I-I-Impossible He is a Hero right?? If so how DOES HE NOT HAVE AN AFFINITY?!?!?! The king yelled in pure rage.

Heheheh... the other heroes started to laugh. Apparently it was their third time in this second time in this world. According to Umbra I have an infinite amount of affinities so that orb couldn't read just one. But I don't believe that. soon after the affinity reading we were tough the basics of magic.

"The simplest magic is called status magic. All you need to do is chant status and a screen displaying your skills should appear."

"Status" everyone chanted.

"Here you go sir" a young woman handed Ojiro a familiar cup of tea. [Dont Drink that Ojiro] {Yeah I know Umbra, I'm not an idiot}

An idea resonated itself inside Ojiro's head.

{hey your majesty would You drink this first} Ojiro said with a wide grin on his face. {I mean I'd be a fool to trust everyone I meet}

"S-Sure Hero-sama" He said with an audible gulp of nervousness.

The king received the drink, in that moment I activated my Ultimate Skill and my perception rate increased. It made time come to a crawl. I saw the king drop the glass so I quickly caught it and put the glass to his lips.

I deactivated my Skill and his look of terror was hilarious. {don't worry I already removed the poison}

The other heroes looked on in shock at this display of power while the Nobles looked in disgust. The only person looking at him with Admiration was a girl who currently stood next to the king and she was the princess of Miltelt. Her name was Aura.

Ojiro noticed the girl looking at him and have her a smile. Her face was instantly dyed crimson. Ojiro laughed and said {I'm leaving this place, if you want to find me I'll be looking for a certain legendary spirit!}

And with that he left the royal capital to escape the consequences of threatening the King.
