The mourning street in New York was as busy as they always were even for a early mourning, in an average apartment, a cold wind wept through with a distinctive feminine scent the perfectly closed door with easy and slowly started to wonder thought the room like it was searching for something,

the room had a pinkish wall paper with violent and purple lilies and lotus, and small wooden desk with a number of pictures that the wind easily swept off the desk too before finally settling on it's surface and a dark body started to materialise

" Rose, if you keep sleeping we are going to miss the train" A female voice sounded from the wind as it formed and curvy body

I heard Aria's voice and tightened my grip on the dagger under the sheets and pretended to be disturbed by her voice and roll over

" Not now, Sleep,," I mustered out in the most sleep voice I could make

" Rose !" Aria said and slowly got if the table and walked towards me and as soon as she lay her hand on my bed I shoot out with my dagger ready to my her by surprise

Aria's burst into a dark smoke cloud and formed once more after my dagger had gone through the cloud and gently tapped her blade on my waist

" still to slow, sister " she laughed

" But, but you cheated! No way you would have dodged that without your element" I frowned and turned to the bright faced Aria and my instantly caught sight of her Mist Demon Badge

" Well if you don't make us miss the train maybe you can awaken an element of your own " she said and looked up at the clocks hands

" Right " I said and jumped out from my bed already dressed in my blue top grey short skirt and black leggings with a brown strap to hold my dagger, I even had own my knee high heeled boots in bed, I wanted to make my first successfully strike on Aria but also I wasn't gonna be late for the train even if the entire world stood in my way,

" Let's go " I said and immediately grabbed my cape from the manikin next to my closet

" Owe!, " Aria got up from the bed " you had it steam cleaned " she said passing her hands over the long white cape

" Yeah" I answered her heart dropping in my chest, " Was I not supposed to, I, I just wasn't told, Is it ruined? do I get another one ?" I cried, I just didn't know that magic capes aren't meant to be steam cleaned

Hearing my worried reaction Aria couldn't help but laugh, she laughed and adjusted it's position on my shoulder, "Sorry, I was just messing with you, your cape looks great, " she said as picking an apple form the table in front of us as we passed through the living room

" Do make such secary jokes " I said and shut the door to my apartment and she softly laughed

" That's a not for next time " she said and suck her teeth into the apple and the bright mourning sun illuminated our faces, the mourning busy streets with loud vehicles the sound of multiple voices shruwed the air, me and Aria walked through the crowded streets streets and everyone in a while attracted someone's attention when my dagger on my thigh showed, it wasn't ever day that a normal person would see an actual blade strapped on a normal person unless that person is a murderer,

But to me, my blade was just like a pen the I never left at home, where we were going, without a handy weapon at arm's reach one would alr ady be considered dead,

" Hot dogs ?" We graded a few and eat them on our way to the subway

"And what is that thing I have to do, which can't wait for to swallow your food " I asked looking up at her

" MY DAUGHTER, . DON'T DIE " she said and we immediately started laughing dileriously, ' those stupid words always cracked me up, I was told that by my caretaker even when I was going to the toilet when I was twelve '

" Thanks, anyways don't die and have fun, make a boyfriend quickly I want to hear all that juice " she said and taking the last nite of her hotdog as we entered the subway and diverted from the large crowd to a smaller abandoned station with only a hand full of people

" Bya Ria" I waved as she wakes to the other end where a group of her friends stood and shortly after she walked away a male voice called

" Amm,. Excuse me?" It said Abit lost and very low both in volume and height

I turned around and a dark haired boy come into view, skinny with only a few fibers of muscle shown from his exposed body, it was a good thing most of his body was covered in his clothing and his face half covered with hair

" Am lost, can you,!!!" he stopped and made an I'll cough his head tilted forward on the wheel chair , I quickly grabbed him and tapped his back

" Ahh, are you alright?" I asked my fingers slowly rubbing his bony back there was no tress of muscle only something much stronger and curse, a dark vision quickly flashed in my mind and everything turned white the ground rumbled and a loud train whistle was heard

" The train is here, I guess am not lost after all" he said slowly seating up

A small wind swept through the mourning street carrying with it a distinctive rose scent, the small wind curved and havored close to the ground carefully avoiding the crowded streets and staying close to the walls

" I didn't do swear" A man pleaded

" LAIR!! " A man snapped from the crowd and pulled out a dagger

"No, I didn't do anything she saw me, I didn't do anything " the boy stood cornered by the wall pleading as a group a fiver deadly men surrounded him

" So you are calling me a lair, the nerves of some people, " the man pointed the knife toward the kid in the center

"Not now Mia, not here, it isn't worth it " The boy wispered and the white haired girl softly sighed

"Who are you talking to ?" The man with a dagger turned but except for the small white haired girl no one was there

" And you can come out, I see you " the kid added and just then someone threw at him a dagger which was caught mid air
