Every night, Sebastian Carter would watch the stock market and financial news or read books in his study. This habit had never changed over the decades. Even now, in his high position, he never allowed himself to slack off.

Before going to bed, Helen Blair entered the study.

Sebastian Carter, who was browsing financial news online, looked up at Helen as she entered the room and asked, "Helen, what's the matter?"

Helen came to his side, and Sebastian turned his chair to look at her. Seeing the redness around her eyes, he asked, "What's wrong?"

Helen pursed her lips, and tears rolled down her cheeks, "Dad, did Amelia Walker ask you to send me away? Don't you want me anymore?" As she said this, she seemed heartbroken and started sobbing.
