Helen Blair returned to the banquet hall, first going to the bathroom to wash her face and straighten her appearance. She waited until her emotions completely cooled down before coming out.

Upon coming out, she saw that Ethan Howard and Ruby Carter had already returned to the banquet hall.

Ethan Howard and James Anderson stood up together, talking about something, while Ruby Carter was standing elsewhere, chatting with a boy nearby, though she was obviously distracted.

Helen picked up a drink from a waiter's tray as she walked towards Ruby, and when she passed by Ethan and James, she was stopped by Ethan's soft call.

"Helen..."

Helen looked back at him with a smile, "What's up?"

He lowered his head hurriedly, not daring to look at her, his expression full of guilt.

"I... I..." He hesitated to speak, finally sighed, "Forget it, it's nothing..."
