Helen Blair stood up, turned away from the desk, walked over to Julie Williams, and taking her hand, laughed, "Look at what you're saying. If someone hears, they'll think I'm promoting myself!"
Julie Williams didn't care, "So what if you're promoting yourself? You've put in so much; it doesn't matter if you do a little publicity!" She added, "I heard the award ceremony is next month, that'll be the best time for publicity!"
Helen Blair smiled but didn't say anything.
A month later, the award ceremony was held in the People's Hall.
The country awarded outstanding youth titles to young people who had made outstanding contributions in various industries. Then government officials presented them with awards.
When it came time for the award presentation, Helen Blair never expected that the one presenting her award would be Evelyn Martin!
