Chapter 306: The Right Time, The Wrong Time

After returning to the villa that night, Helen Blair received a phone call from Julie Williams.

On the call, Julie tried appeasing her with a smile, "Helen..." She knew Helen would definitely meet Oliver Hoffman. Rather than waiting for Helen to confront her angrily, Julie decided to confess her role in it first.

Helen chuckled twice, "Julie, how did Oliver know I was here?"

"I told him. He asked me earnestly, so I told him." Julie answered honestly.

"You went back on your word."

Julie was confident, "I don't admit to that. You only asked me not to tell Jason, and I kept my word!"

Helen was momentarily silenced.

"Isn't it good to have company while traveling alone, someone to share your happiness and talk to? It's not like you're being forced to marry him!" Julie said, "Don't feel pressured." And then she asked, "How's your vacation going?"
