Chapter 296: Goodbye, Helen

A few days later, Evelyn Martin called Helen Blair.

Helen Blair came to the hospital.

Pushing open the door of the ward, she saw James Anderson standing by the window sill, looking at the snowy landscape outside through the glass window.

There was no one else in the ward.

Helen walked in, turned around and shut the door, then walked over to James and whispered, "The snow came later than usual this year."

James continued looking outside. There was a pine tree outside the window. It was full of snow on its branches and when the wind blew, it sprinkled the falling snow all over the sky.

Watching the swirling snow outside, he faintly said, "Early or late, it's always better than never arriving. Its adornment makes the winter in Bayspring complete."
