Lya stopped laughing and look at Lucien with the same slightly bigger grin reappearing on her face as before.

"Though I can't say for sure how you defeated Cason and Guyon. But I do know one thing, and that is right now you are unarmed vulnerable, in pain, and also you are in no condition to participate in a fight. You can barely even stand properly, yet you still decide to pursue me. Do you think that I won't hesitate to kill you?" Lya responded, but her face got more terrifying the more she spoke.

Still, that wasn't enough to deter Lucien whose composure still stood firm amidst the situation.
