The Two Clan's Reaction

"What?" Meng Ge's voice was heard throughout the Meng estate, he was in disbelief as he listened to the guard that's reporting about the current situation outside "Young Master of the Jiang Clan? You have to be kidding me, are the people of the Meng Clan this incompetent? They mixed up a man with thrash?"

The guard that was reporting begun to feel scared, he was feeling the pressure coming from Meng Ge and that pressure was making him feel suffocated. His strength was not weal like the others as he was at the fifth level of Body Refinement but even with that he was still being suffocated by Meng Ge.

"Yes Young Master, they clearly saw his face, when he tried to get away from Shin of the Black Storm Mercenary's Shin he made the decision to jump onto the wall of flame that was behind him causing the piece of cloth that's covering his face." The guard lowered his head as he continued to talk, it was as if he was trying to make Meng Ge notice him less.

"That can't be possible, he's only a thrash at the second level of the Body Refinement so how can he kill our men? And even if he truly was the one that killed them what does that make you guys, the people that wasn't able to take care of one thrash." Meng GE lahed out at the guard that was kneeling on the ground.

Meng Zhou kept seated on the chair that he had saying nothing, with a tea on hand he started processing the information about Jiang Tian inside his mind. And every time he did he wasn't able to make out any kind of connection with the guy that's killing his men and the young man that's publicly accepted as the thrash of the whole City.

He was in disbelief, but when he thought of the time when he sent out two of his men to kill Jiang Tian made it plausible for the information to be true. A young man that have reached the seventh level of Body Refinement at the age of sixteen was already considered good and will have limitless future in the Red City.

The only that he wasn't able to make out was why would Jiang Tian keep his strength like this and what would he get out from it, he thought hard about it but came with nothing. He wasn't able to give any explanation for why would Jiang Tian keep his strength hidden.

Then when he was deep in thought he heard the door suddenly burst open, he then saw his son making his way out of the room with haste. He tried calling out to him but he only got a quick reply of "I'm going to see for myself if what they are saying is true."

With those words Meng Ge left the room for the place where Jiang Tian and the men of the Black Storm mercenaries were last seen.

Shaking his head Meng Zhou gave a deep sigh, he knew his son the most so he also knew why he was doing this. Jiang Tian was considered useless in the City and his son was one of the people who takes the initiative to bully and harassed Jiang Tian, he didn't stop his son for doing this because he also get a laugh from it.

But now that someone told his son that Jiang Tian was actually strong and have more capabilities than they knew made Meng Ge furious he was folled by the thrash that he always mocked he and he started thinking of how he was being laugh by Jiang Tian after the abuse that he gave him feeling this emotions made Meng Ge rush out to seek the truth for his eyes to see.

Meng Zhou gave a deep sigh and said to himself "Jiang Xi is truly a cunning man, he was able to hide the strength of his son from me and others. But seeing that his only at the seventh level of the Body Refinement is making laugh."

Meng Zhou gave a sklight chuckle and called out to the guard that was bowing to him "Make Captain Fu prepare the troops, we will be going to the third district after killing Jiang Tian, we will make his death a message to the Jiang Clan, make haste as we only have limited time."

Giving out the orders Meng Zhou stood up from where he was sitting on, he got out of the room went outside to prepare.

Jiang Clan

He had receive a message that says Jiang Tian's the guy that was attacking the Meng Clan this past week, hearing of this made Jiang Xi rush out of his own room and checked for his son.

But when he came to check there he didn't found him anywhere, Jiang Tian was not in his room and the most likely thing was that he was outside about to be killed right now. Then as he was lost in thought, the report that he receive earlier appeared inside his head.

The report said that the Young Master was hurt, his body was covered with wounds and burn he got from diving in the flames not only that the report also stated that he was shot on the left shoulder while being pursued.

Thinking of this Jiang Xi rushed out and went to Jiang Yi, thankfully Jiang Yi was also looking for him so they were able to find each other rather quickly "Jiang Yi take all the guards with you and prepare for us to move into the fourth district."

"But patriarch the fourth district is almost at the heart of the Meng Clans territory, if we were rashly go and go there to rescue the Young Master then there's a high chance that all of us will be killed." Jiang Yi was also in a state of panick but he kept some of his calm when he explained their current situation.

Jiang Xi looked at him and said "Are you saying that I should left my son to die in there? If you guys won't obey my orders to go there, I myself will make the trip I don't care if those Meng Clan starts anything I will rescue Tian'er, this is the only thing that I can do for my son."

Jiang Xi was about to go crazy, his only son was about to be killed and he was in there doing nothing. He knew that what he was asking for his men was basically to let down their lives but if they do not want to do it he himself will do it alone.

Jiang Yi watched at the crazed expression of Jiang Xi and felt that the master of the Jiang Clan was truly a good man, when his troops didn't want to obey because he knew that his orders was irrational the boss himself prepared to leave for battle all alone.

What kind of subordinate would Jiang Yi become if he wasn't affected by this? So he cleared his throat and said "I am not saying to let the Young Master die, what we have to do is to move out in a small group that way we will be able to move quickly, we go in the Meng Clan territory with all our forces then there's a chance for us to be massacred so we need to move with less people."

Jiang Yi spoke with reason, he was the leader of all the guards that is under the Jiang Clan so he must under all any circumstances remain calm and think of the lives that is under him. Thinking this way Jiang Yi quickly made the decision of going in small groups.

"Calm down patriarch, we need to think calmly, I will be leading the other to rescue the Young Master so wait for me and the other here when we return with the Young Master alright?' Jiang Yi hit his chest showing assurance that he can do it.

Jiang Xi took a deep breath, he tried to calm himself down and after doing so he looked at Jiang Yi and said "I'm coming with you."

Jiang Tina was almost out of spiritual energy, as he had been running for a continuous thirty minutes without any stops while trying to take care of the sudden arrows that is constantly flying towards his direction.

Because of all these reasons Jiang Tian's breathing begun to become rugged, his body was drench in sweat almost all of his clothes were burned off as his pants was the only that was in his body and a piece of tattered clothes that he got from a guard that he killed that he use so he can keep his face from being seen by others.

Jiang Tian was like a beggar with his clothes, the only difference with him and an ordibary beggar was the pressure that was surrounding his body. The oppressing feeling that was around him was beginning to become more and more outstanding.

The pressure that he emits from his body was shaping up, like it was some kind of monster that is sleeping and was now only appearing befcaus eof the disturbance that others cause him this is the image that is inside the head of Shin and Mo Xin.

In all truthfulness Shin and Mo Xin were also tired from all this running and trying to catch a prey that is so hard to catch but they are still in a better shape than Jiang Tian, but for some reason the two of them were still being pressured by him even when the two of them were the one that's trying to get a hold of him.

And these feeling of someone trying hunt them keeps getting stronger and stronger as time goes on, especially when Jiang Tian got the opportunity to kill a guard that is patrolling around.

Since the time that they started their hunt Jiang Tian had killed tour guards that's on the third level of the Body Refinement and another three for those at the fourth level of Body Refinement. The more he killed the more he seemed to gain something.

Shin and Mo Xin was feeling the danger coming from Jiang Tian and both of them have a feeling that after a certain amount of time the one that's running away from them would be the one to kill them so they have to end this now or the consequences would be severe.

The two were experience in fighting different kind of battles so they knew to trust their instincts and if their instincts says that they need to kill the target in order for them to survive then without a doubt they will him.

Mo Xin took an arrow from his quiver behind his back and knocked it on the bow, he drew that bow into a full arc and stretch until he wasn't able to pull anymore.

Then as he had the strings fully drawn Mo Xin started to make the spiritual energy inside him flow in to the bow and into the bow stings and finally into the arrow. The arrow begun to glow a blue colored light, that blue light then started to transform once again into black.

Seeing the actions of Mo Xin Shin suddenly stooped his pursue with Jiang Tian and stood on the side so as not to get in the way of Mo Xin who was about to fire an arrow.

"This kid is not bad, he's able to make Mo Xin use this attack without even fighting him, seems like the pressure affected him too. This hunt had been fun but if Mo Xin decides it I will let him be." Laughing Shin sat on the roof of a house.

Mo Xin looked in front of him with a pained look on his face. Then the arrow that was emitting blak light change once again it turned into the color of purple, and once it reached this stage Mo Xin grinned and roared on top of his lungs "Devil Piercer."
