Jail guards heard a Girl's yell.

"Whose yell was that? Brother fang, were there any girls in the jail?" A Guard said.

"I don't think so. Let's go in and check it out." Guard Fang

Guard Fang Slowly

The Jail/prison seems to be in the middle of some forest. The entrance lay at the base of what you could call a small mountain or a big hill/peak. Sticking out from among tall trees, the hill can be seen from afar. Regardless of the description, it's the only place from which you can see the sun. The forest is dim in comparison.

*Creak* *Creak* *Creak*

With a creaking noise, the door is opening. A little flustered, Ling Tian hid by the edge of the path in the shadow by using Dark shadow assimilation Skill and observed the situation.

Three Figures entered in the Jail/Prison through the entrance

*Swish* (Sound of Ling Tian Assimilating in the shadows)

"It finally opened, huh... you heard something," Guard Fang asked his fellow Guards.

"No Brother fang, perhaps you are imagining things." The second guard replied.

"Maybe... Let's check the all jail rooms if something is wrong or not. Just to make sure because you know if we don't do our job right we will be... you know what I mean, right?" Guard Fang said in the shivering voice.

"y... yes... B... brother Fang." The second guard said in his shivering voice.

"B... but more importantly, are we really going to be fine? We won't be attacked suddenly, right?" Third Silent Guard suddenly said

"Don't worry. only criminals are here and their Dantians has been sealed plus I've subjugated a Basilisk by myself. Leave it to me if something unusual happens here." Guard Fang said

"About that, I've wondered for a while, but that's a lie, isn't it? Basilisks are grade 5 Magical beasts, right? Solo subjugation would be impossible for brother Fang, wouldn't it?" Second guard

"Fool Xuan! I am a Level 3 Martial King Realm myself! They are just big lizards; no trouble at all!" Guard Fang said while showing his biceps to other guards.

"Okay, okay, I got it, so would you please not let your guard down? Well, if it comes down to it, I'll just escape using "Swift steps"…" Guard Xuan (Second Guard) said.

"Guys, I got the extent of your friendship, so could you please be quiet?" Guard Fang said with sarcasm.

Somehow, the boisterous trio entered the jail/prison.

For now, Ling Tian observed this situation in hiding.

When the three had finally left, Ling Tian started moving again. Nothing to worry about. Ling Tian Slowly moved while checking every step. As people have always said, "haste makes waste". Leaving these matters for later, Ling Tain quickly went through the gate in case the three had returned.

A little while past the gates the path diverged and became rather complex. Ling Tian wonder which way leads to the surface? Though even if he thought about it, there's no way for him to know. Ling Tian chose a path and went down it.

*Srr...Swish*

Just a bit above the ground… in front of Ling Tian's eyes, there was a giant serpent. Like his past world's snakes, you could consider it cute. It was harder, covered in scales, and pitch black in color.

"Let's pretend I'm air. It would be best, though, if it doesn't notice me. Well, let's just try to slither away." Ling Tian said to himself and tried to slip away.

"Sssss..." Giant Serpent threatened Ling Tian

"No good..." Ling Tian said while the Giant serpent swung his tail toward Ling Tian and he was sent flying.

Ling Tian who was flying in the air by the swing of Giant serpent suddenly controlled his/her momentum in the mid-air and safely landed on the ground like a professional Acrobat. he vomited a mouthful of blood.

"If I was in my normal condition. I would have killed this snake with one hit." Ling Tian whimpered to himself because his Dantian was unsealed a few minutes ago and he used his bloodline skills that's why he had no more Qi left his body to fight with this Giant serpent.

"Don't panic. If I think hard enough, I can still find a way to defeat him." Ling Tian said to himself.

After calming Himself, Ling Tian began quietly observe the movement of the serpent.

The Giant Serpent seems to have let its guard down, thinking Ling Tian was so afraid he that Ling Tian couldn't move.

While Ling Tian and Giant Serpent were observing each other.

Giant Serpent cleverly again attacked the Ling Tian from behind with his scaley tail but before his attack could hit Ling Tian, a man in Azure clothing appeared out of nowhere and a sword materialized in his hand. he without any hesitation I swung his sword at the serpent's neck.

*Zuban!!! Hyuuuun, dosu. Gorogoro… zun.*

It was but a moment. Ling Tian couldn't believe my eyes. Without even a hint of resistance, the sword beheaded the Giant serpent. Ling Tian could only gulp; up until a second ago, there was an ominous sneak right there.

Purple Blood of Giant Serpent splattered everywhere. Ling Tian's snow white dress has now turned purple because of Giant Serpent's Blood.

(Only with one swing and he beheaded the Giant serpent. what kind of sword art he is cultivating?) Ling Tian thought.

The man holding the sword who just killed the Giant Serpent turned and walked toward Ling Tian while a creepy smile stuck on his face. He crouches before Ling Tian and said "Milady, are you okay? you have not hurt anywhere, right?" while offering his hand to Ling Tian.

(Milady?) Ling Tian Inner monologue

"I am a man!!!" Ling Tian Shouted out loud.
