Taking Seed

It wasn't long until Mia realized what Elijah had been doing behind her back. It seemed he had gone back to his old ways. She knew she couldn't stay any longer lest he could draw suspicion to her. Although she loved him being around, she didn't want to get expelled from the school.

Mia woke Elijah up in the middle of the night and tried to convince him that it was high time he left back to his manor in the forest. He had successfully killed all the troopers and had an open window to sneak back into the forest before the next batch of troopers were deployed.

Elijah knew she was right. However, he had grown to love living with her; for the last couple of days, they had lived like husband and wife in her little hostel room. He tried convincing Mia to flee with him to the bush never to return. But Mia would not give in to his demands. For her, it was one thing to have an affair with a vampire, yet she wasn't ready to give up on her dream of graduating college.
