49 Chapter 44 - A Twisted Plot
As the pair of conspirators left the place, Takashi stayed for a few seconds and then followed the old man.
The two of them had stayed to eat, since just sitting there and talk would raise more unnecessary suspicion than they already were the target of, and left immediately after finishing their meal. That allowed to Takashi to eat his own food and pay for it without problem.

If things were just like that and the hentai was a happy one, the story would end with just Kazuki and Otome dating and eventually marrying and having kids. Unfortunately, the main theme of that hentai was netorare, so the outcome wouldn't go like that.
One day the protagonist Kazuki received a DVD, and in it was a video of Otome losing her virginity through rape, likely by the man that Takashi was currently following.
That shocked Kazuki, but he didn't do anything since on the next day Otome was acting just like usual. Over the next days and weeks, he received constantly DVDs of Otome being raped by one or many individuals and eventually, after the tenth DVD, she start to change.
She wasn't the same Otome as before.
The last DVD he received showed Otome having end up as a sex addict slut, that didn't care for anything else but to feel pleasure. When his name was brought up by her rapists, she dismissed his very existence as something that wasn't even worth to think about.
After that happened he run out to the streets, in grief for not having done something sooner, and that brought him to a place where he was put right on his breaking point.
He accidentally end up running in to a restaurant, probably the one Takashi was eating until a few moments ago, where he saw through the window Rinka and one of Otome rapists talking. Hearing their conversation he learned that his sister, Rinka, had orchestrated what happened to Otome. That caused him to return to his home in a dazed state, barely processing anything the was happening around him anymore.
Eventually he woke up laying on his bed, with his sister naked on top of him. There what she said to him reveled that she was the original victim of the rapists, and she shifted their focus to Otome because she knew that Otome was the target of Kazuki affection, and Rinka had her own incestuous feelings for her brother.
She orchestrated Otome's rape, and send the videos to Kazuki, hoping that seeing how she was changing Kazuki would eventually be devastated and she would come to console him, hoping that this way she could catch his affection for herself.
As Kazuki surrendered to his primal lust, and had sex with her at that instant, she believed to be successful, but having seeing her with one of Otome's rapists before, Kazuki could figure out the truth, resulting in finally something in his mind breaking.
The hentai then showed an adult Kazuki, the protagonist, waking up in a different room. He was greeted by an adult Otome, now married to him, with their daughter holding her hand and their second child in her belly.
As the two of them left to run some errands, Kazuki came to the conclusion that all of those events were nothing more than a nightmare, but before Otome came back home he received another one of those DVDs.
Dreading what might be inside, he still played and there was a pregnant Otome happily engaging in an orgy with her former rapists, that were now Kazuki bosses. Not only that but it was revealed that neither of Otome's children were from Kazuki and that he was raising her rapists offspring.
The hentai end with Kazuki greeting Otome and her daughter as they arrive home, with the DVD he received in one of his pockets, wishing to wake of this 'cruel nightmare' that he was experiencing.
By the end it was possibly to conclude that Kazuki had unconsciously tricking himself to believe that all that experience was nothing bu a bad dream, incapable to accept the reality of what happened to Otome and the betrayal of his sister.
The story of the hentai, in Takashi mind, can only be described as twisted and something that he never want to experience himself.
And that's why he needed to act.
Without exception, all of the women in his life can be considered as just as gorgeous as Otome, if not more, and this being a hentai, there was a very real possibility that they might become the target of that group.
He needed to do something to avoid that situation at all cost.
