99 Competition (II)

"That's great to hear! Now, I want to tell you that this competition is designated for the newly barista all over the US and thirty chosen amateur coffee shops are at this stage! So the counselors will be guiding you for all the activities."

Then, he glances at his flashcard before looking at the audience. "There are four categories that will compete with every competitor and each category will be judged by the five chosen judges. Also, every category will eliminate 10 coffee shops. And in the last category will be completed by two representatives of the coffee shop." I wince when hearing that 10 shops will eliminate every category. 

"The categories that will compete are The Classic Cappuccino, The Winter Tea, The Pastries and mostly awaiting, The Surprise Signature of the Shop! The prizes of the champion will be a cash prize of $500,000 plus a special training for the barista of the champion in France."
