The Guardians Return

On a cliff that overlooks a small town called Mythical Howl, stood a 5'8 female by the name of Angel Wolfe, she wants some time alone since tomorrow she would be finding out what her form was since her father side of the family were all shapeshifters but of course like many shapeshifter families there no pattern or clue in her family history of what she could be until the week of her birth, she sighs softly and looks to the blue sky while she was wondering what her beast form would be since all she knew was that it had deadly teeth, and claws along with blue eyes along with scales.

Angel sigh softly then turn and head down the trail to her house, since the Wolfe family was the founders of the town they own most of the land on the northern side of town, once back home she smiles at the family members that she passed as she starts to hum to herself while she looks around. Angel had no idea her life was about to change along with some others as darkness comes to the world, once she was back inside Angel kiss her mom on the cheek then her dad while everyone was doing their own thing till it was lunchtime when everyone would be here so till then no one really " Happy Birthday Angel" her aunt said, " thanks aunt Scarlet" she said with a smile as she looks around deep in thought while she was checking on everyone.

Till everyone shows up then they all headed outside to the backyard where the party got started, Angel was of course seating at the head of the table since it was her birthday, she licks her lips as she looks around deep in thought about what she could turn into since many things have scales but of course,e she already knew Snakes where out of the picture since the didn't have claws. She laughs at a joke at her cousin's top while she looks around while she wonders what will happen in the future. Angel look around as she listens to what was being said to her while they all ate and enjoy the nice day, Angel looks around as she finishes her food and her drink then she rolled her shoulder as they all had a piece of cake then the gifts. Which some just made her Laugh at while others just made her smile, till she got to the last one which confuses everyone since no one was left to give her a gift " the note says not to open it till tomorrow after I find out my form" she said then look around.

Not knowing the gift giver was on the same hill she was on earlier hidden till he saw her put the gift to the side " I will see you soon" he said in a hushed voice before taking off to check on the other two. Back at the party, someone turns on the music so everyone starts to party and have fun while Angel was looking to the cliff since she thought she saw something, but she shakes her head then laughs as her younger cousin pulls her into dancing with them. Angel laugh as her uncle mark dog even came to dance with everyone making others laugh as well, Angel stop dancing after a while and walk over to the drinks and pick up a Pepsi while she looks around glad to see everyone having fun, " how are you feeling" Dominic her father ask " I am good " she said and look over calmly, " everyone going to head out but your grandpa, grandma, some cousins and your uncle" he explain making her nodded " I understand since there no telling what I will turn out to be" she explains while she looks around and smiles.

After she finishes her drink Angel walk around checking on everyone while she listens to the music that was playing on the radio, Angel knew they would be doing fireworks when it dark enough like they do for everyone birthday and it was been like that for an awhile, Angel hummed to herself as she walks through the crowd as she was checking on everyone while it was starting to get dark out so her uncle and his sons start to get the fireworks ready since they like to have it ready and not waste time doing it after the sun go down. Once the sun dropped out of the sky and the sky darken everyone shouted "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGEL" while the fireworks started going off, making everyone look up at the beautiful starry sky as the moon full moon shine down on them while the nightlife came to life and the howls start to sing their song to the moon.

" Today was amazing," she said as her dad wrap an arm around her shoulder while her arm stood on the other side of Dominic, she lookup watching as different fireworks going off some made shapes and somewhere different colors and some even spelled out words. Once the fireworks where done they went out front and said goodbye to the family that was leaving while the ones who were staying headed inside to shower and get ready for bed, she smiles and headed inside with a yawn then she shakes her head calmly and looks around seeing everyone was heading for bed, so she headed up as well to shower then crawl into bed since she had a long day tomorrow to look forward to, and she also knew that the first shifted was painful and it only gets worse the bigger the beast is or like in her father case when he became a mythical creature that was a firebird which made him have burned all over his body for a couple of days. So with a sigh Angel crawl into bed and slowly falling asleep and dreaming about four dragons flying through the air.
