Hyun-Joo was sent stumbling back several steps. A bit of blood seeped through the corners of her mouth as she glared at Sol.

Cultivators in Jianghu didn't heavily focus on cultivating their Fleshly Bodies. That was even more so for Sword Cultivators.

The meta for them was to place all of their attention on their learning the sword and increasing their attack power. Of course, there were some exceptions to this, but this was the path most Sword Cultivators would take in Jianghu.

For defense, they wouldn't need to worry about that too much as they have their Aether Energy and their Sword intent to protect the bodies.
