3 Trouble Incoming
Me and my newly met companion, Shirayuki make our way to The Capital City of Clyde, we decided we should rest for the evening as it might get dangerous since I've been feeling a lot of presence, it's not moving rationally it's moving all over the place as a matter of fact so it's not humans so it's probably monsters, but I can't rule it out if it's many humans moving at all directions if that is the case, either way, we need to rest for now having a human body is inconvenient since it needs to eat and rest.
Xavier: [ you should sit near that tree to rest, for now, I'll be hunting our food so we don't starve sound good Shirayuki? ]
Shirayuki: [ Yeah, thank you very much for the offer, I'm a little tired, after what happened. ] she, gently sits down near the tree as she closed her eyes.
As Xavier, starts walking towards the east of the forest he looked backed towards Shirayuki and thought, he shouldn't be gone for too long.

-------After Walking for about 20 minutes-------
A monster like a turtle, a lizard-like bird, Are fighting in what seems like a dispute between the two creatures, Xavier is behind a tree thinking of a way he could take out both, he knows he could just let the other one kill the other but, he knows he needs to get stronger in this world as anyone could kill him if he's weak.
Xavier: [ What would be the best course of action for these creatures, I can't charge in recklessly I'm a human now so I need to be careful, if only I can find out what they are this would be a lot easier than figuring it out but, what they are isn't enough, I could handle the Turtle but for the Flying Bird of a sort I need to find a way to fight in the Air. ]
As I said, the kind and soft voice of a girl spoke to my head.
[ Master, Would you like to learn extra skill 'Appraisal'? ]
Xavier: [ Wha- ] I was surprised by the sudden voice I almost shouted, however after regaining my composure I asked.
[ Who and what are you? ]

Xavier: [ Yeah, it would be a huge help if you could, but might I ask another thing of you? ]

Xavier: [Ok, time to charge in now.] as I said that, I called on the sword of purgatory as it appeared in my hands I used my Extra skill [Atrous Crimson Flame] and enveloped my entire sword with black-clad fire, as I charged between the two clashing monsters It seems to have noticed me and both of the Creature tried to dodge but a moment too late my sword struck the ground resulting in a giant explosion of black flames, the impact of my sword and skill left a crater where it hit, and not a moment too soon the bird was already charging at my with its claws in an unbelievable speed,
seeing as I'm about to get hit, I dodge to my left only to have the turtle waiting for me as it bit my arm off.
Xavier: [ Guh- ]

I fell on my knees as I touched my shoulder in pain, this was the first time I ever felt it, not a mere moments later my arm regenerated back as nothing happened and the pain I was feeling was subsiding, I looked straight as the smoke cleared, the turtle roared and the bird screeched at me, knowing there's no going back, I charged in yet again using my skill to enveloped my sword in flames, as the bird charge at me yet again, this time I jumped high enough to kick it's face to boost my jump and pierced it in the eyes robbing its eyesight, It screeched an awful sound and I jump away from it and in midair I used Aerostep to jump in mid-air as I jump toward the bird slashing It while my flames enveloped the blade, as the neck falls along with its burning body it crashed down to the ground creating a small impact.
After I landed using Aerostep to land safely I stow away my blade in my spatial box, and a new and unfamiliar voice said.

wondering what that was is not needed for now but, yet another new voice emerged it has a deep tone but, as to when I looked where it's from, it came from where the turtle was.
Turtle: [ Hum- No a normal human can't beat the one I had fought as my mortal enemy for 500 years, I surrender I dare not fight someone as strong as you, but if I may ask, as impudent as this old turtle is! what are you o Great one? ] as he bowed his head to the ground.
Xavier: [ Raise you're head, First of all, it would be impolite of me to not introduce myself, My name is Xavier Vertia and why do you call me a Great one? ] I asked filled with unsureness of whether or not I should trust him, I look at him using my glare from when I was a grim reaper.
Turtle's POV
I was born from an ancient race of turtles they called my race, [Dreadnought Tortoise] and the mortal enemy of my Race a descendant of a monster called Phoenix, The [Gripho Bird] in the present time we live in today there is not much of our races left, seeing as the Phoenix was said a new life by having arisen from the ashes of its predecessor naturally this latent ability was passed down in their race but with a little difference, rather than a new life being born after burnt to ashes it will instead revive them but, right now the body of this Gripho bird has already burned to ashes yet, he still hasn't revived as I looked at this thing in front of me.
A strong gust of wind passed as his white trenchcoat like cape sways by the wind and his red eyes stared back at my eyes, and his hair which is the same color of the moon was glittering in my eyes, he had asked me a question yet I couldn't answer carelessly and I only said [It is because you are stronger than I. ] waiting for a reply, I stare at him only to feel fear unlike I have ever felt before,
for the very first time in my life I had felt fear from a being that is above me, this feeling I'd never have experienced in any of the creatures I fought, I only saw death right before my eyes, his white figure was enshrouded with darkness so dark, it looked like a bottomless pit and I decided I must not offend this one no matter the cost, I must not offend this being for death, maybe the only fate awaiting me if I do.
Xavier's POV
Seeing as how it affected this creature in front of me I stopped but, thinking to myself [ I see in this world it only has one rule in front of enemies, it is Survival of the fittest yet another term that helped me this time huh? ] all the things I gained from her, is now helping me, I laughed as I thanked them in my heart, I then asked this turtle to have a chat after I take the stone I see in the ashes of the creature I slew.
----------A few moments after I took the stone----------
Xavier: [ Right then, I believe I have not asked for your name yet, so who and what are you? ] I simply looked at his eyes since it was obvious that he's a male just from the voice.
Turtle: [ I have no name it is normal for monsters to have no name in the first place, as for what I am,
I am from an ancient race of turtles humans simply called my race [Dreadnought Tortoise] and the on you have slain, is a mortal enemy of my clan called Gripho Bird a descendant of the phoenix. ] he answered my question in an utmost respected tone.
Xavier: [ I see, I have at least two more questions for you, what is this stone that I picked from the ashes, and can other monsters speak like you? ] I asked in all seriousness because I want to learn something about my surrounding.
Turtle: [ That is a magic stone it is the heart of every monster in some like that one you're holding can be used to store mana that is why we can use magic, as for other monsters speaking and having intelligence is highly low, as I said I'm from an ancient race but most of my race has gone extinct. ]
Xavier: [ I see, talking with you has helped me, but might I ask you a favor and in return. ] I looked directly into his eyes, as I said. [ I will give you a name as a remembrance of our meeting and our friendship, so what do you say? ]
Turtle: [ I am humbled to do this request of yours Great one, How may I be of help? ,] as he bowed to me.
Xavier: [ You don't have to be formal with me, You may simply call me Xai, and in return. ] I ponder on what name I will give him and one appeared in my thoughts [ How about Riku? ]
Riku: [ Riku you say? ] Riku seems to be pondering on his thoughts and waiting for his answer [ and to what shall I do to earn this name from you Xai-sama. ] he asked as if he was getting serious for a hard task
Xavier: [ Pfff- ] holding a feeling I haven't felt in a while I put my hand in my mouth [ No need to get serious, it is but a simple task I ask of you, I would appreciate it if you could hunt down some food for 2 people. ] looking at Riku right now... it looks like he's heaving a sigh
Riku: [ I see but why two people? is there anyone with you Xai-sama? ]
Xavier: [ Yeah, although I left her to hunt some food originally I was planning to eat the Gripho bird was it but as you can see, it's burned to the point of turning to ashes and I can't feed a stone to a person so I'm troubled. ] I said that with a dry laugh
Riku: [ there is a boar near the north side of the forest, there a lake there and every hour or so they come there to drink, I'll go fetch one for you. ]
as he says that he turns around to head to the northern part of the forest while waiting, I think I might take a nap since this body is human now, of course, I would need rest now saying that I naturally dozed off to sleep for the first time.
-----------30 mins later-------------
hearing the ground shaking and the earth rumbling I woke up only to see Riku running towards me quickly while carrying a gigantic boar in his back after a few seconds Riku stopped in front of me and looking at him now he's gigantic if I'm being honest
Riku: [ I have returned Xai-sama. ] as he bowed and dropped the body of the dead boar beside him
it seems to have been to have died because of a bite, but well seeing as my arm got bitten off I wouldn't be surprised on what else can his mouth do
Xavier: [ I see, Thanks for that but isn't this too big for two people. ] looking closely this boar is 5 times my size, I don't think we would need this much meat looking at Riku I wonder what they're fighting for [ Hey, Riku I got a question, I know you said the Gripho bird as your clan's mortal enemy but, why were you fighting is there a reason? ]
Riku: [ We all have something we want to protect Xai-sama and for me, it was my children, as you can see Finding a food source here is hard and so the Gripho bird you slew we're fighting over who will have this territory full of food, I just sought to bring my children something to eat and that bird was selfish to keep it all to himself, that's why I hold you in great respect not just because you are strong but, you have helped me to never let my children starved ever again, that is why I Thank you again Xai-sama. ] he bowed earnestly with a great deal of respect
Xavier: [ I see, you have children ] deciding to myself I went to the stomach part of the boar as I called out my blade to my hand I sliced up a decent amount of meat for two people after I was done I stored the meat to my spatial box along with my blade. [ You can take the rest, Riku I only need some meet for two people. ]
Riku: [ Are you sure? wouldn't it be more convenient for you if you sell this, I don't know how human money works but it could fetch a price along with that stone. ]
Xavier: [ it's alright you're family needs it more plus killing another boar like this would take a little bit of time, isn't it about time you return to them they're probably waiting. ] I laughed as I refused nicely
[ We'll meet again some other time, I better get going as well my companion might have already woken up and is probably waiting. ]
Riku: [ Once again I thank you, I will never forget your name as long as live, Xai-sama. ] After bowing one last time he bit the boar neck as he turned around to walk away, I waited for them to leave as the Gigantic creature I met today who became the first "friend" was it, I am very unfamiliar with how humans are but I heaved a sigh it slowly turned to a smile, I could no longer see his figure so I turned around to go to where Shirayuki is waiting, thinking she might probably be hungry I run hastily.
--------------after a few minutes-----------
almost reaching my destination, I slowed my speed, and thinking that fight and the talk took at least about an hour she might still be asleep when I finally reached my destination I saw no one, I know this was the spot I left her, I made sure to check the surrounding and looked around the forest for at least a few minutes and still saw no one, did she left I thought but, I saw some sort of note in the ground and I picked it up to open it.

As I finished reading, a familiar feeling I haven't had since I was born, that is Anger and I don't think I can't contain myself right now, around I thought of that I hear rustling noises in the bushes and what came out were a bunch of green small man with a ragged cloth covering their bottom and some rusted weapons like a knife and spear as they were looking at me as they lick their mouth, thinking that if they can talk they might have probably seen where they headed.
{Author: well he doesn't have the common sense from both world so he doesn't know creatures from RPG but the green creature is a Goblin }
Xavier: [ Hey... ] I look at them with an aura to kill most of them freeze at my sight, but I didn't care, before I talked, the voice I heard when after I killed the bird came back and said

It allows the user to release a deadly stare that could pressure a person into instinctively fearing the user as well as making the person gasp for breath, as the target is slowly weakened.

Allows the user to use shadow-like creatures to eat anything to gain the skills and life force of its enemies and allows the user to look or peek at the person or creature memories
Xavier: [ How handy... ] looking at the middle is a green creature that is a little bigger than the rest, deciding on who I should use my new skill with I called my blade to my hand and the little creatures all felt fear and decided to run but before they could I used bloodlust on all of them and they froze from the fear they were feeling as I slowly walk towards them, when one was within my range I sliced its head clean as well as for the others and when there's only two of this creature remaining, I grab the other one by the head as I crushed It, once I dried up of its blood I threw it away and looked at this creature in front of me looking like it was crying, as I was about to use my new skill the creature spoke
Goblin: [ Spare me... I only a weak goblin... spare me. ] I see, so this creature is called a goblin, in front of me this "Goblin" was shaking to the point he could die if I just touched him, I feel sympathy but first comes first I had no time to chat with this goblin to know if it saw those people from the mountain.
Xavier: [ Sorry... I have no time ] looking at this creature with cold eyes [ Shadow Eater ]
from then on under the creature's shadow we're dark like bubbles we forming as a dragon-like serpents came out of the ground it's exactly 5 in number it roared as it attacks the creature entangling around its body and proceeded to rip the creature's limbs and head off as it ate everything left

Xavier: [ Hey, does this goblin have any memory of the people kidnapping Shirayuki or not? ] I asked in a cold tone
[ Finding memory... Yes, would you like to view it? ] [Y\N]
Xavier: [ I guess whatever you are, you're not iris ] but he didn't care much about that right now and only said.
[ Yes ]
After that a bright white light enveloped my mission and when it fades I see Shirayuki along with the people who kidnapped her they are talking but, this Goblin didn't have enough knowledge to understand human language, I asked the voice if it could translate and it said it's not possible and so I watched Shirayuki as she struggled and how this person punched Shirayuki in the stomach as she was carried by other people who are most likely part of this guy who harmed Shirayuki, a tall rough looking person with a shaved head, his body covered in animals fur and has scars over his body a skull of a dead creature of some kind behind him and a sword in his waist, the face I won't forget until I kill him, I saw them leave as they head towards a cave a little bit far from here although with my speed I'll get there in no time.
With that, the light enveloped my vision again and after it fades I looked at the direction I was gonna go to and looked at the note in my hand
Xavier: [ I won't spare any of you... I will tear every last one of you till you wish you are better off dead ] as I crushed the note and burning it with my flames, after that I started dashing towards the cave where those scums are hiding.
With the first person that Xavier met being kidnapped by bandits, Is angered to the brim filled with bloodlust to kill and the drive to hunt down anything that dares to harm the people he cares about, He heads towards the bandits with his eyes focused on the target, Creatures from all over felt Xavier's presence and instinctively hide as he left a dark reddish fire in his wake.
