Chapter 1

Izuku Midoriya 4 years old at the time was playing with his friends including Kacchan, they have always hoped that they would be superheroes and will be the top of their leagues just like the idol himself All might.

"Im going to get the best quirk and save everyone just like all might." Izuku says

"Im going to be better than everyone save twice as much people." Bakugo says

All might is currently the strongest, most popular, most benevolent hero in history, he has a massive record of rescues under his belt making him the top.

Every child in his era wants to be like him however in this society quirks have a unique and random value. It determines your class, status, wealth, popularity eventhough most people cant use their quirks because the government made it that heroes, those who put their lives at risk for others can use their quirks or if they have a license authorised to do so also if their quirks alters there appearance.

Those who break these rules are usually villians, crinimals who dont care about the laws and cause harm to others.

After playing with his friends in the playground, Izuku says goodbye and the parents pick their children and drive off to their homes. From what Izuku heard his friends have appointments soon but he cheekly didnt tell them that he wasnt going home but going to a doctors apppointment to check if he was having a quirk.

When arriving at the office the doctor welcomed them.

"Hi, my name is Dr. Ugiko and I will be doing your appointment today. Your are Inko Midoriya and the little one is Izuku Midoriya correct."

"Correct" Inko says

"Wonderful now please take a seat."

They both sit down as Izuku is oozing in excitement of how strong his quirk is.

"What is your quirk"(Dr)

"I can pull small objects"(Inko)

"So some sort off telepathy, fascinating, it can be really useful in the house."(Dr)

"Oh it is, it saves me a lot of time getting things." (Inko)

"And what about the father"(Dr)

The room stayed quiet for a few minutes, Ugiko realised it was a touchy subject, Inko wrote on a peace of paper and gave it to the doctor. Izuku was confused but he didnt care as long as he gets a strong quirk.

"Ah I see, now then lets begin the tests."

Ugiko brings Izuku to a hospital bed.

"Please, lay on here"

Izuku does what he says and a giant machine covers the boy. Ugiko pushes a button that starts the machine, the machine is scanning everything on the body and sending the results on to the computer and printer, Once five minutes were up the machine stopped and paper was coming out of the machine.

Ugiko lifted the machine and told Izuku to go back to his seat. Ugiko was reading the results and was slightly confused. He went back to Izuku and Inko to explain whats happened.

"It has appeared to me that Izuku has a high probability of being quirkless."

They were both shocked in disbelief.

"What do you mean doctor."

"You see checking the x-ray of Izuku his little toes arent supposed to have 2 joints on them as it standard that those with quirks have one joint. But recently we have seen those with quirks having two joints but it is extremely rare. Which goes to my second point Izuku does seem to have holes and insulators on his skin and around his muscle fibres that can withstand some firepower however there is no sign of areas where he can produce fire but there does seem to be a high level of pulses around his head and hands but we dont see how this could be a quirk. So my conclusion he is quirkless but has traits of a quirk.

Izuku was still like a statue, the only word that came in his head is 'quirkless'. This destroyed him inside and theres nothing he can do about it.

Inko takes Izuku back home, the ride home was silent and arkward. Inko saw in Izuku's eyes, those bright green eyes faded in a dull green spiral as if it was turning grey. She hugs Izuku crying and saying.

"Im sorry Izuku, Im so so Sorry."

Whats going on in Izuku's mind is his dream, the stoic man with a cape with a handsome representing his older self as a hero shattered. Tears started pouring down his face as he stays silent under the comfort of his mom.
