2 Chapter 2: First day at the Academy

Kenso was on his way to the academy, when he saw how pretty it was. It was a big, old-fashioned building with many windows reflecting the sun. Groups of teenagers were walking on the outside of the building, some looked twelve, some looked sixteen. As he came closer he saw all the precise details of the academy. It looked as if it was made for a king.

An elegant-looking man walked infront of Kenso and said - "Hey, i've never saw you here before, are you new?"

Kenso looked at him and replied - "I am about to join the academy, do you know where i'm supposed to go?"

"I will lead the way. Follow me." - Answered the man.

Kenso walked in the academy with the man. When he stepped in, he admired the insides of the academy. It looked like the insides of a palace.

The man led Kenso to the "administration room" and told him to walk in by himself.

A lady in her 30s looked at Kenso as he walked in the room. When he closed the door she asked - "Welcome to the Magic Academy of the eastern region of Lemeer, what brings you here?"

"I am here to join the academy." - He answered calmly.

"I see. What is your name?"

"It's Kenso."

"And what is your full name?"

"I'm sorry, miss, but the only name i have is Kenso. I do not know my parents so i cannot confirm my full name."

She got interested in him. It was the first time she ever heard of a kid like that. Even the orphans from the orphanage knew their full names, but he didn't. "Kenso, is that right? I allow you to attend to this magic academy from this day on." - She stated.

"Thank you, miss." - Kenso replied happily.

"You will attend to class B-2. Now please go to your class. The classes start in ten minutes."

"Yes, I Will!" - Kamakuro left the room and went looking for his classroom. He found a map of the academy and located his classroom. He went up the stairs and went to his class. It was located in the middle of the hallway. There was a sign saying "B-2" hanging over the door. He pulled the handle and walked in. As soon as he walked in, the students in class were surprised.

"Who are you?", "Why aren't you wearing the School uniform?", "Is that your class?"

"My name is Kenso, and i've just joined the academy, so i don't have the uniform yet, and i've been asigned to this class. I'm pleased to meet you." - That's how Kenso greeted the class. He wasn't expecting them to welcome him kindly, but they did. The first one who welcomed him was a girl named Aria. She was a red-haired girl with red eyes. She had two ponytails that were long enough to reach her elbows. She seemed like a cheerful person. The next person who greeted him was a guy called Ratel. He was a handsome black-haired guy with dark, red eyes. The next one was a green-haired elf with yellow eyes. He was the tallest guy in the class. His name was

Ezark. The last person to greet Kenso was a short girl that was a hybrid of a human and a cat. She had long blonde hair and bright blue eyes. Her name was Kasaya.

There were a total of six people in the class. (counting Kenso)

The only one who didn't greet Kenso was a hybrid between a human and a Tiger. He had short Orange hair and black eyes. He didn't look very friendly. His name was Tarin.

Kenso claimed a chair between Aria and Ezark.

When Kenso and the others took a sit, the bell rang. A few seconds after a loud ringing a teacher came into the class. He walked to his desk and looked at the class. When he saw Kenso in the chair he said - "Oh, look who we have here! A new student! How wonderful. Did you introduce yourself to the class?" - he asked.

"Yes, i already did, my name is Kenso, and i am fourteen years old. I will be attending to this academy from this day on." - Kenso gladly answered.

"Kenso-kun, huh? How wonderful! Well then, it's time to start the class!"
