Improvements, Preparation and Movie Date

It has been a few weeks after the tryouts. During that time, we have been practicing our plays, offensive and defensively. On the defensive end, I placed a lot more effort into this as from the previous game, I clearly made some obvious mistakes at times. And as someone blessed with a system that helps me reach the peak of my sport, I had to be a perfectionist.

Some of the coaching staff helped me in my defensive stances and taught me things to look out for. After 3 weeks of training, I made a lot of improvements.

Overall my grade is still C+ but Lucy told me it's on the verge of improving to a B- if I can improve just one attribute.

The State Basketball Championships will only start in December so there's still plenty of time for practices and we are also having scrimmages and practice games against other teams close by.

Our first practice game is in 2 weeks against Damien High school.

They finished 3rd last year in the state tournaments and are looking strong this year. They could be state champions title contenders from what people say so this is definitely a big match to start our season.

Their tallest guy is Nate Garcia standing at 6'9. He's in his third year and will probably grow much taller next year so this guy will be tough to handle from what the coaches said, he can also hit 3-pointers but only takes 2-4 attempts per game.

Their point guard who is also a terrific player is Bradley Xie at 6'1. He works so well with his 2 tall forwards both at 6'8.

Kaleb Smith SF, and Jimmy Oladokun PF. These two guys contribute more than half of the points the rest of their team combined. Most of the credit goes to their size which allows them to bully their way to the basket with ease and Kaleb who is the SF makes good jump shots on the perimeter. So they will probably be the guys we need to stop in order to win the upcoming practice game.

Ikenna, although his superior athletic abilities, will have a tough matchup against Jimmy who is clearly the bigger guy. He's not gonna be like Jerrold who barely moves and will only wait for a pass or rebounds. Jimmy can also dribble a lot better and will also use his body to get a score.

For the next few days of training, I'm guessing the coaches will find a way and make adjustments to help Ikenna's tough matchup. But overall, we still have a good chance of winning this.

A few days after it is now a Sunday and Lucy advised me to rest my body today and just avoid any overexertions of my muscles to cope with the improvements I have made and from the intense workouts and training I have been doing.

I'm now on my way to the theatres because I planned a movie date with Anne today. When I told my parents about this, my mom was ecstatic and kept pestering me about Anne. Of course, I told her everything except for some pervy stuff I might have done a couple of times.

I was excited to know that Marvel's Iron Man movie is still showing in cinemas. So I proposed we watch that and Anne just agreed which she always does when it's with me.

A lot of people were skeptical about this movie since the leading actor is not necessarily a top star in the industry. However, time will prove them wrong that this is just the start of an epic and record-breaking movie franchise.

Although I have watched all of the MCU movies quite a lot in my previous life, I am still excited to know that I will experience watching them again in this life. This movie franchise will be some of the things that I wouldn't want to miss in any lifetime.

I still don't have a driver's license so I can only ride the bus with Anne. We arrived at the movie theatres and quickly bought our tickets and some popcorn. There were not a lot of people watching with us. It has been a while since the movie was released.

We got seated in the middle at the top section. A few minutes in, the movie is about to start.

While watching the movie, I made a sneaky move of purposely holding Anne's hand while I was pretending to grab some popcorn. She noticed this and immediately blushed. This was not the first time we held hands but it was in a dark environment with only a few people around.

She quickly grabbed some popcorn with her other hand to hide her embarrassed self and try to focus on the movie. While I would also like to focus on the movie, I could already tell that it followed the same lines and concepts as in my previous life.

There will always be another time to watch this movie but I will probably only get this one chance of making out with Anne this early.

So I grabbed the popcorn container that was in between us to the empty seat beside me and I leaned my body closer to Anne.

My heart was racing a little bit and I could bet that Anne's heart is on overdrive as I could notice the deep blush on her face.

I craned my head to her and my face is really close to her cheeks. I slowly moved forward my head and my lips touched her cheeks. Anne was so surprised even though she was expecting that. Because that was the first time I kissed her.

Now that I got the mood set, I used my hand to hold her chin and drew it close to me making us face each other so closely than ever. Anne clearly doesn't know what to do so she just closed her eyes tight and let me lead the way.

I moved closer and our lips touched. Anne shook a little bit but still didn't move. After around 10 seconds I moved away. She opened her eyes and opened her mouth wanting to say something until I stopped her by closing my lips to her. Now it's getting juicier as I sucked her lips a little harder and she actually responded with some sucking of her own. Although it was a little lousy in the beginning after a few more times it got better and we were in a rhythm.

After almost 5 minutes of juicy kissing, we separated and I could probably see her lip a little swollen and red.

"I'm sorry that it was so sudden, I just couldn't help myself," I told her.

She immediately blushed for the nth time saying, "It's fine. I enjoyed it too." She whispered the last part but I still clearly heard her.

"Can we do it one more time?" I asked her and she nodded.

I tucked the hair into her ear and move my face closer. This time she responded and we both initiated the kiss. However, I got a bit bolder as I snuck my tongue into her mouth which made her eyes open wide. I held the back of her head so that she won't break this kiss and she can only accept it. After a few tongue actions, I was surprised as Anne moved to counter mine and I was immediately turned on.

After another 5 minutes of juicier kissing, we separated. A clear line of saliva could be seen as we slowly retraced our tongues.

'This girl is definitely a keeper' I thought in my head.

From the beginning, I never expected myself to be in a relationship this early. I only intended of having a little bit of fun and probably do some naughty things. But imagining Anne broken-hearted pains me. Such an innocent girl should be cherished and loved as she deserves.

For now, I might as well change my mind on the "making out with celebrities" plan. I'll probably hold it off in the eventual future that I will not be committed to a relationship anymore.

But right now, I'm planning to make things work with Anne. Who knows what will happen but I can't let this innocent and loving girl slip away.
