Chapter 21- Secret Cultivation Technique

Seeing his chaotic eyes, Amon who was watching the show while floating in the air, casually commented.

"Kuku… you don't have to worry about your energy consumption much after you reach the Battle Master class. At that time, forget about only being able to use it three times every couple of hours, even if you use it more than ten times, you will still have enough energy left to fight a demonic beast".

Yang Chen's steps suddenly halted when he heard that. He immediately turned towards the little devil and asked "What do you mean?".

"Well, when one reaches the Battle Master class, it means that they have already stabilised their foundation, that is their physical body. Naturally, the next stage is to gather the battle energy that you are currently using to execute your battle skills, inside one's body".

"Unlike the pitiful amount of battle energy that a Battle Apprentice holds, someone who has stepped into the battle master class has more than ten times that amount. The difference only keeps getting greater the higher the level they reach" Amon explained puffing its chest.

"The difference is that great?" yang Chen was shocked. Although he was very close to reaching the next class, never did he thought that the difference between the two ranks would be this big.

"What did you think? The two ranks might only differ by one word, but there is a huge gap in strength between the two. For example, even if ten Nine Star Battle Apprentice were to fight a One Star Battle Master, they won't be able to defeat the latter".

"There is a huge gap in strength between each ranks. The Five Horned Demonic Rhino that you met earlier, was a One Star Battle Master. Now can you tell how big the gap in strength between the two ranks is?".

"The Five Horned Demonic Rhino wasn't a Nine Star Battle Apprentice?" Yang Chen was shocked.

How could he not know the difference in strength between him and that demonic beast? That Five Horned Demonic Rhino was so strong that all of Yang Chen's senses rang alarm bells at him telling him to flee immediately.

"Looks like you understand now. Anyways, my point is that there is a reason why Battle Master ranks have so much Battle Energy than a Battle Apprentice. Do you know what is that?"

Amon gave him that grin once again. It meant that if he didn't ask him politely, the demon wouldn't tell him.

'Spiteful' Yang Chen muttered in his head; nevertheless, he still asked the devil politely "Can you tell me what makes them so strong… please?".

"Hehe… you are asking so politely, how could I not tell you. The answer is the Secret Cultivation Technique".

"A Cultivation Technique?" Yang Chen parroted.

"A Secret cultivation technique as the name suggests, is a cultivation technique that allows one to gather battle energy inside one's body. It is an important foundational method that one needs to practice if one wants to increase their strength in this world and rise above others".

"Also, apart from a person's aptitude and talent, what kind of secret cultivation method they practiced also determined the ceiling that person reached. A better grade secret cultivation method would allow them to reach higher ranks easily whereas a poor grade secret cultivation method will not only slow down one's progress, and might even bar them from reaching the same rank as the person who practised the better grade one"

The thing you should be looking for from a Secret Cultivation Technique for the time being, is its unique ability to quickly gather and restore the expended battle energy of the user. The one that restores the battle energy faster, would be the beneficial one for you for the short term"

Amon explained looking at the intently listening Yang Chen.

It appeared that they relied on such a technique. Yang Chen thought internally.

Suddenly a thought struck him and he couldn't help but ask "Then does the [Shop] have any secret cultivation techniques that I can practice in the future?".

Amon snorted, waved his trident proudly and a black screen immediately appeared in front of Yang Chen.

"Although a secret cultivation technique might be rare in this world. The Greedvil system is unparalleled in this world. The shop has a list of it that you can practice. However, all of them are pricey, even the lowest Earth Grade Middle Tier cultivation technique costs more than 3000 mischief points".

Yang Chen couldn't help but gawk his mouth when he heard that. 3000 mischief points, was in no way a small amount for the current him. It must be mentioned that with 3000 mischief points, he could even buy some good two stars weapons or even High Tier Earth Grade battle skills.
