'More like he is mocking me', She thought. Certainly, her groom was making her shrink in embarrassment by making her realize that he's not someone who easily gets pissed off.

Did he know that she was playing with him? 

Did he perhaps anticipate this kind of thing from her?

If so, then does it mean he is determined to keep her?

Well, he certainly got her intrigued!

"Madam, you are to be his wife. It is his obligation to make sure you are well tended," Mr. Brown replied politely. "Besides, your husband is a man of reputation. I'm sure he will take care of you well, you need not to fear or worry about it".
