18 Hero names

Midnight strolled into the room oozing confidence as always. "A hero name is crucial to your success in the industry so I'm here to approve your hero names. Anyone have any ideas?" Mina raised her hand. "Yes Mina come up here and tell the class." Mina trudged up to the front of the class. "My hero name is Alien queen!" Midnight looked horrified at the name. "Like those weird aliens that eat people's brains? No absolutely not, think of something else." Dejected Mina walked back to her seat and brainstormed new ideas. Next Aoyama went up and said this super wordy and complicated name. To everyone's surprise Midnight tweaked it a bit and then approved it. Everyone got more nervous by the second, Midnight said no to a perfectly good name and said yes to a really weird and wordy name.

Akiyama watched the time tic by, most of her classmates had already gotten their hero names approved and she was waiting for Midnight to call on her. "Oh Akiyama what is your hero name?" Midnight had finally noticed that she had not said her name yet. Akiyama walked up to the front of the class "My hero name is Sorceress" Many people were surprised that she didn't just stick with her Vigilante name so she explained. "I want to show people that I have changed and want to be a hero so I have to change my name and what the press know me as." Midnight clapped her hands together "I love the name and the story behind it is even better, very well Approved."

Just like that class 1-A got their hero names. Some were interesting, some Akiyama didn't even know because she wasn't paying attention but nonetheless they had names. The class were all siting in the common room of the dorms. Everyone was talking about the same topic, internships. Everyone except Akiyama, the class had very mixed reactions to her some hated her, some didn't know how to feel, and Izuku liked her. Currently she was looking at her book of signatures just looking at the book calmed her down. She felt relaxed thinking about her internship offers. She had noticed a small hero agency in America and was going to go there. The person she was going to work with was named Shifter. The name seemed so familiar but she couldn't place it.

Suddenly her thoughts were interrupted by someone yanking her book from her hands. Looking up she saw Kirishima looking at the signatures. "What is this" Akiyama wanted to attack him but she couldn't. "Give it back" But it was too late his words had caught the attention of everyone in the room. Denki called out from the couch "Give it here!" Kirishima threw the book at Denki and he caught it. People started to pass it around and remarking at all of the signatures on the book. Sighing Akiyama knows she won't get her book back soon so she went to talk to Izuku. Even his attention had been caused by the book, but for a different reason. "Is that?" "Yeah it is" Akiyama replied knowing what he was going ask. "It's gotten so many more pages from the last time I saw it." His child like wonder made Akiyama laugh. "Yeah well I have been busy."

Apparently everyone in the class couldn't mind their own business because Kirishima called out "Midoryia do you know what this is?" And being the innocent cinnamon roll he is he had to answer. "Yeah it's Akiyamas signature book, she gets signatures of everyone she's ever saved." Once what Izuku had said processed in everyone's brain. People gaped at Akiyama. "Dude there are like 1 thousand signatures in this book, that's so manly!" Akiyama shrugged "All in a day's work I guess." While people were still gaping at her she grabbed her book and went upstairs.
