Ren lifted his heavy eyelids. behind the glass were a room filled with deep blue color. he also saw small fishes chilling near him.

totally ignoring the robotic voice that spoke right into his ear. he curiously looked around.

except for few things that covered by green like thingy. the others items were surrounded with shells.

he saw crabs too.

("Analyzing complete. Opening Hatch.")

eh?

his surrounding were flooded. the glass that seperating him to the outside is gone.

he held his breath as the water completely engulfed him.

but then he experiencing a wonderful feeling. is that he... still could breath.

maybe from his neck? skin?

it was weird but comfortable.

he swam out of his chamber. only then he notice some changes in his body.

a... a dress? what with this hand... so thin?

he frowned for a moment. then decided to just leave it for later.

for now he need to collect information.

he throughly searched the lab like room. the documents were long gone eaten by water. but there's still waterproof case that he found. it's kinda heavy though.

not only that he also found a working flash light. that makes him more efficient on finding door.

leaving the case near the lab entrance he leave to search the exit.

Not far away from the room is a stairs.

he swam unhurriedly.

unfortunately for him the door that leads to upstairs were locked.

he stayed for a moment. thinking on alternative way. the lock were fully electronic. whilst the electricity were fully shut down so he can't do anything.

the basement were nothing but the lab. it didnt have any extra room for him to survey.

he's troubled. for the first time in this life he felt so helpless.

then his gaze turned into the case.

he is planning to open it up on the surface since he's afraid of ruining the thingy inside.

but compared to some documents it might also contain a tool to leave from this place.

he opened it up. it leaves bubbles upon opening.

other than neatly stacked papers there's also a gun?

from the looks of it. it looks too sci-fi, no?

he took it and didnt touch the spare battery with the water proofed papers. he closed the case. and examined the 'gun' in his hand.

upon pulling the trigger it fires a laser. the range is short he doubt about using this to kill people.

but then he remembered that tools that criminal in movies often use to breakthrough a locked door.

maybe this is an upgraded version of it?

also it works on underwater too!

with a hard push the door were burst open leaving an oval shape on it.

he went back to grab the case with him. after he put the laser gun inside.

Ren swam slowly with the case in his hand.

i-it's heavy.

it took alot of effort to swim upwards with it. he once again placed the case near the entrance.

he swam to survey the route ahead. it didnt take too long though. since it was pretty much looked like an ordinary house.

on the table also on the walls he could still see the family pictures that formerly reside in this place.

his eyes stopped at the one on the left. the picture has this emotionless girl. she's grabbing onto her grandma hand. but she didn't show any emotion. at all.

just like him.

he grabbed the frame. and put it inside his case.

the picture were tugging his heartstring for some reason.

not far away from there were the house entrance. he grabbed the case and swam outside.

what greeted him was a street overgrown with sea flora.

there's animals too. like crab, fishes, starfish, crab.

man, crab sounds tasty.

from the infrastructure itself Ren could deduct that it was built with the goal to withstand disaster like this. the noteworth thing is that the car were no longer uses wheel.

levitation perhaps?

they are quite advanced in technology.

Ren looked upwards, it was all deep blue. he wondered if he could tag the case with him. but then it will be too exhausting.

the option of reading there is also an option. but he wanted to see the surface first. and it a must.

he put the case near the house. and swam upwards.

he didn't know how long he just swam. he didn't dare to look the otherway. afraid to get lost direction.

it was then he saw a ray of light.

his eyes lits up. he swam faster and he made it.

his first oxygen in this world? he felt so much joy that he want to dance crazily.

eh? his visions were blurry.

s-so lame. don't cry me.

he then felt his hair become sticky. he's hypnotizing himself to believe that there's still his pp down there.
