24 The Annoyed Pirate.

"The Lava Pirates…"Yuki muttered,she had heard of them.After all she didn't spent six years doing absolutely nothing.They had assaulted and invaded a Marine Base,an well known one at that with around five thousand marines and ten thousand Avengers like it was nothing.And every Marine was highly trained.

Despite them being from the New World, even small pirates feared the Lava Pirates, as they were extremely fierce. Their power was very high!"

"Lava?Isn't that a higher form of fire?"Kuro said curiously.

"You can say so, but Lava is liquid like, unlike fire which has the form of a 'gas' if you can say so. It's also much rarer than fire.

Lava is formed after a volcano erupts,making the magma touch the ground,forming lava.Lava is formed from rocks and hotness,yet there is no flames,it can be considered one but at the same time not."Yuki said.

"I'm really hungry too..." Kuro said with a sigh as he looked around," Let me gather all the food in all those houses, since they are abandoned." He grinned, a few minutes later, there was a large mountain of food next to them.

"Then.."

"Greed Hole!" Kuro shouted as he opened his mouth.The food was sucked inside his mouth,after a few seconds Kuro grinned."It was such a nice meal…"Haken was punching the ground,"That Devil Fruit is so broken!"

"That can be a good weapon."Ketsu's face revealed a smirking expression, they could potentially use his ability to gather a lot of food in the sea, fishes were very good to eat, and if they had no other choice they could eat a lot of it.

"From what I heard, the restaurant is a kilometer or so away from here, we just need to head straight." Yuki said and started walking forward.

Not much later, they had reached the restaurant, which was huge, very white and looked like it was made for rich people, and a lot of money was invested onto it.

"Well let's go!" Kuro grinned he wasn't down at the slightest."Darkness...Envelope!" Kuro muttered but nothing happened,but if you looked carefully the shadows of the trees were now a bit darker.

Inside the grand restaurant."There is nobody here."Kuro said suspicious.Even with his Observation Haki he couldn't see anything."This is certainly suspicious,I only felt an extremely huge wave of energy before the figures disappeared."He continued.People who could do that were certainly less than a thousand!

" This seems like it was the job of the Lava Pirates..."

"Even the shadows did not notice what could've possible happened... I was also separated from the rest of the crew because I rushed forward like a moron..." Kuro groaned as he continued using his Observation Haki.

As he continued walking up the hallway, he saw a unconscious body. Looking more closely, the boy had spiky short white hair, and was wearing casual black clothes. He seemed to have a few wounds on his body.

Kuro hurried and touched his neck,he was still alive."Lightning Shock!" Kuro said as he delievered lightnings into the body of the white man.The White haired man woke up and said,"Stop!Wait did you save me?..."He said half way.Kuro nodded.

The white haired man stood up and said,"Thanks for saving me,my name is Miruku,you can call me Miru for short.Yours if you may?"Kuro replied,"Kuroken,you can call me Kuro."He grinned."Join my crew as a cook!"He continued.

"Cook?"Miru frowned."Yep,you are a cook aren't you?"Kuro continued."Why do you think that?" Miru said."Because your hands are in not a good shape,your fingers look bad and slightly burned,which only cook can have.Your eyes have a wild fire of flames inside and you have the smell of kitchens."

Miru laughed loudly after a few seconds of silence."Unfortunately even if you guessed right,I can't...My father won't let me…"He said muttering at the end."Why?"Kuro asked."My father is a marine,to be exact a high rank one.He hates pirates but loves people who go after their dreams...But I am a coward…"

"You aren't a coward,I can see that in your eyes."Kuro said,making Miru open his eyes wide."Besides you have a dream,everyone has one."Kuro continued,but before Miru could reply,a huge explosion rang out and the wall next to them exploded.

"Little bitches, why do you refuse to cook for me?!" They heard a roar, and Kuro could identify him from a bounty paper, Xanzus, the Lava King. He looked around and saw that several cooks had been thrown into different parts of the hallways due to the explosion.

The man himself, Xanzus was a middle aged man with crimson red hair which was wavy and black eyes. He seemed to be very annoyed, and was clearly showing it with an anger. Kuro noticed he was ready to attack them.

"Lightning Wall!"Kuro roared and a wall of lightnings appeared,blocking the lava but the lightnings were melted and the same happened to the lava."Lava Dragon!"Williav roared and a lava dragon materialized and flew towards them.

"Lightning Triple Wall!"Kuro roared and thrice the amount of lightnings formed a wall,a huge wall.The Lava dragon was destroyed together with the wall at the same time."Lava Hammer!"Willias Roared and a hammer of lava slammed itself at Kuro who roared,"Lightning Purple Wall!"

A Purple Wall of Lightnings appeared blocking the hammer which was dispersed later."Damn,you cooks of this island,your boss is already in my hands,you have to die too!"He said gritting his teeth,did he think Kuro was a cook?

" I won't let you attack me like that for long!" Kuro shouted as he freed one of his hands and muttered," Purple Lightning Thor Hammer!" He roared as he slammed his fist, covered in Purple Lightning, with the shape of a hammer onto Xanzus's head.
