6 The Door of Viaje (6)

"We'll split up Leena and I will take the top rooms. You take the first floor, there doesn't seem to be anyone awake so just be cautious." Leena seemed to have been completely out of the loop here, Eric was an Irrang and even Izak knew so. Irrangs manipulate the wind creating various storms, tornadoes or sometimes just heavy wind. In battle they take the upper hand in the skies, they have the ability to fly.

He, just like Amira and Leena was orphaned at a young age, he is trained. Before showing up in the Feng mansion he was a runaway soldier to the House of Garge. Unable to practice his powers after he left, he hid them, he believed that the houses didn't deserve to have power.

"Why are you taking her with you? Her sister trusts me, not you." Eric reached for Leena's arm. "She's coming with me."

"No, she's not." Izak held onto Leena's hand. "I'm the only one that would put their life on the line for hers, would you do that? If they catch either of us I'll protect her no matter what."

Leena's ember eyes saw the pain in Erics' eyes. He was kind and gentle with her, but she knew that his heart belongs to her sister and Izak's words made her feel valued. She was a child so of course he would never see her the way she see's him but for some reason Izak was persistent that he does.

"Izak, I'll go with you. We will meet in two hours by the hillside where we were. No exceptions." She checked her watch and headed out back. A natural born rebel, a leader, to Izak her personality was all. She knew that this was dangerous but her sister meant more to her.

Eric and Izak nodded. Leena discovered vine riding up the wall onto a balcony on the back of the mansion. Izak stood behind her wondering why she was looking so intently at the vines. "As a Fiena, I should have the power that Grocan, Lokast, Irrang, Minsho and Mertas, right?" Leena took Izak's silence as a yes, shut her eyes, inhaled quietly placing her hands in front towards the direction of the vines. It took some time, the vines unleashed themselves from the exterior walls producing sturdy stairs up to the balcony.

Izak had heard stories about the Fiena's power and how hundreds of years ago they ruled as the strongest house, the fifth, until they slowly began to produce only male children. Those children only carried one specific power, while the Fiena women carried them all. As soon as their numbers began to diminish, the four houses saw an opportunity to take power and so they killed off the remaining Fiena.

Standing in front of him was the last Fiena, his life's mission, protecting her.

"You didn't have to panic you know, my parents would have found the truth through your blood anyways." Kreighton followed Amira to the basement floor where the holding cells were. He was hoping she would be more communicative, but to him she was just a pretty face, not even a Fiena. "I feel sorry for you."

Amira remained calm, collected. She wouldn't indulge in his attempts to riddle her up and show the little power she actually possess.

"Your mother, she must've been a nobody. Everybody knows that when a Fiena has a girl they would be born a Fiena but you, are not a Fiena." Kreighton pulled the door of the cell open. "In case you haven't guest, I'm a Lokast."

He planted his jade eyes into hers, his resistance towards his attraction was wearing thin. "Why do people think you're the daughter of Zekora Shawe?"

Amira had never known that Fiena's only produced Fiena's when they bore girls, she believed that she could deceive others to protect Leena but why hadn't Master Feng said anything? Did he know she wasn't her mothers daughter when he found her? She was only six years old at the time but she knew that Zekora had wasn't her mother she taken care of her and loved her even after Leena was born. She had similar features to Leena but she never knew her real story, Zekora kept telling her that one day she will know and she will tell her everything but she died before that day ever came.

"She is my mother." Amira turned to walk away but her feet wouldn't move, he used his powers to plant her feet onto the ground.

"More lies." He closed the gap between them. Her calm face irked him, he would love to see a reaction on her pleasant face but she was empty. He caressed her face, lowered his hand onto her breast until he finally reached her buttocks.

"You will regret ever touching me." Amira couldn't help her body's acceptance to his movements pulling himself closer. At that very moment all she could see was Izak's face plastered on another mans body. She wanted him and he finally wanted her, her mind was playing trivia on her but she didn't care. Seeing the desire in the eyes of the man she's longed for and craved for so long. Without waiting another second she threw herself onto him taking her lips onto his, a roar exploded within her. He was everything she ever wanted, his cold exterior only made her want him more and the fire was finally burning.

Eric's wind manipulation kept his invisible body but was shocked by scene unfolding in front of him. Amira throwing herself at someone who was holding her prisoner. Why? He has loved her, watched over her, been there for her and he never once asked for anything from her. He wanted her heart, not just her friendship. She just met this guy and already she was playing the upset prisoner and throwing herself onto him. He looked away and with full blown anger, he was ready to leave to leave.

"Young master." A soldier came down into the basement to give him a report on Leena. Amira immediately moved away from Kreighton feeling ashamed for her actions with a man she just met. "Go upstairs, I'll be there in just a moment."

The soldier wasn't dumb, he realized he walked into a situation that wasn't finished. "Yes sir." He bowed and took his leave up the stairs.

"You will regret not cooperating me sweetheart." Kreighton brushed off his clothes giving Amira's back one last look before closing the cell door to ascend upon the stairs.

"I hadn't noticed you were here. Why have you come..." The beautiful ember eyes turned to face Eric's invisible body. "Where is my sister?"

"Your sister?" Eric's body became visible. His face was full of anger and disgust. "What about explaining to me what I just saw?"

Amira felt his frustration, she was no stranger to feeling helplessly in love and being unable to do anything about it. "I can and will explain everything but first you need to help me out of here."

Eric was resilient. Minutes went by without a word and he still wouldn't move to free her. "It was all an act Eric. The truth is that if he would have found favor with me, maybe he wouldn't kill Leena or me. That's all it was."

Eric's heart softened, to him her words seemed logical. But how did she know he was already here? "That isn't an excuse. I know I'm not your boyfriend but it bothers me. What you did was rather shameless." He freed her and coated them with the wind. "How did you know I was here?"

"I'm not sure."
