Chapter: 21 Golden Soup

After a long time the food was finally prepared.

The aroma that came from the kitchen was intoxicating.

After setting up the table all three sat down and began to eat.

"Alright! The food is ready. Everyone please sit and I hope you enjoy the food I've prepared for you today."

As soon as Michael finished speaking he went ahead and lifted the lid of the soup and an even more potent aroma assaulted their senses.

Inside a pot you could see a Milky Yellow soup that could almost be described to be shining with a unique light and the aroma just made one's mouth water.

Hazel and Ana couldn't help but have a taste. And as soon as the food entered their mouth They felt as if an explosion of flavors stormed inside their mouths.

The flavors of the vegetables and the fish intermingled with each other making both Ana and Hazel feel as if they had been dumped into a world of fish.

The taste was rich but not overpowering and at the same time gave the Vegetables the chance to explode with flavor bite after bite to the point it was almost addictive as they continued to eat.

Ana: "yum! The food is so delicious!."

Hazel: "Wow, the food looks amazing. Where did you learn to cook like this Michael?."

Listening to Ana's and her mother's praise, Michael was secretly happy but he only gave a simple answer and brushed it off.

"It's good you like it. It's called Golden catfish soup. I used to make it as a kid when the old man from the Orphanage managed to get his hands on some fish.."

"Oh, my God! This is really good!."

Hazel :" You know? I have a friend who is a cook. I bet you anything that if she were to try your food she would go crazy."

"EH? Is that all? I thought the mission would be harder."

Host its a task. Not a mission. I've explained it before. Think of it as a Chore that has to be accomplished...or not.

"OK. OK. I get it."

"So what's up with the store?"

It's exactly what it sounds like. It's a store...where you buy stuff! Isn't it amazing?

Soon after Michael ignored the system. Sometimes it wondered who made the system and if its Sense of humor was inherited by it.

The system's gift surprisingly didn't cause any side-effects to Michael this time around.

The most surprising change brought by the status window was a change in Michael's Vision.

As soon as Michael turned to look at Hazel and Ana, Michael was given the shock of his life.

In front of him, Ana and Hazel had a text Box or window of some kind floating right next to their heads with their status written on it.

But that wasn't what surprised Michael.

What shocked him was the fact that inside the text box Hazel's and Ana's Name was written in gold letters Next to Titles of royalty.

Information: Princess Ana Neptune was sent to the Human world in order to learn and adapt to human culture and its dangers. A magical seal has been cast upon her preventing the use of much of her powers.The seal Limits her growth, coordination and the use of illusion magic.

The Information provided by the system is always 100% correct. No errors Have been found.

After dinner Michael found himself alone with Ana in her bedroom.

Ana had dragged him into her room after a round of intense teasing by her mom.

And without thinking about it she locked herself up with Michael making things look even worse.

"So...this is a nice room..."

Trying to ease the awkward atmosphere Michael tried to make small talk as he locked around Ana's room.

Ana's room was very colorful; she had pink walls, white frames, sky Blue bed sheets, a salmon color dresser and a corner full of plush toys.

Although Michael didn't like to judge, he had to admit Ana had no sense of aesthetics.

For a moment he thought of offering to help remodel her room only to remember the information he read about Ana being a princess.

If the princess doesn't mind her own sense of Aesthetics why should I be bother to fix something that doesnt need fixing.

Ding!

Host why are you wasting time looking at her sence of Aesthetics when you could be swimming with the fishes. :D
