1 The Great One

Outside of the Mortal Realm, exists a world that people could only read in fantasy books. A world where Immortals, Beasts, Hybrids, Elves, Goblins and many more creatures that are far more greater than humans live together in harmony.

The one who rules above them all, is called by the mass as 'The Great One'. A God, an invincible force, who made the Universe on its own. Neither a man nor a woman, neither a beast nor a human, The Great One is a god amongst gods, a deity above all the deities and the king above all kings. The Great One is the light and the darkness, the strength and the weakness, and the soul of all living things.

The Great One created the Five Major Realms and made his five disciples rule over them. Each realm has more than a thousand galaxies and a dozen planets in them. The Great One enforced rules that all living beings must follow, it was labeled as 'Heavenly Principles' and was spread on all corners of the Universe. Everyone was satisfied, and lived harmoniously, except for one deity.

Enfer, the youngest of the Five Ancient Deities, and the one who rules over the Dark Realm, voiced out his complains to The Great One.

"Master, my realm is heavily governed by me and I oversee every matter in my realm. I believe that my people knows what is right and what is not, I don't think that they need to follow the 'Heaven's Principles'" He said while bowing his head in front of the respected god of the universe.

There were no response from the other party, and the already quiet room became more silent. The room became suffocating, like you're diving in the bottom of the ocean with no proper gear on. Enfer felt as if the walls are caving in, trapping him in this silent yet dangerous aura. He held his breath, he can hear the faint sound of his spiritual aura moving maniacally inside his body, begging him to let it out.

The silent stopped when the god spoke.

"Rules are rules, Enfer. I have already enforced the 'Heaven's Principle' amongst all the living beings. I will not make such exception to anyone, even the deities."

Enfer frowned and was about to rebuke the god's orders, when he felt a terrifying aura throwing him to the other side of hall. The impact left a huge hole in the wall, and Enfer slowly looked up to his Master to which he had admired for so long. If he didn't cast a shield magic on himself, his soul would've shattered to pieces.

"Enfer, you know best than anyone that I hate arguing with hard headed people. Must I remind you that I am a merciless god, and you are just an ant" After those words, silence has yet surrounded the large and extravagant hall.

'Yes, you're a powerful force, while I'm just an ant. I'll never be seen by you, Master' Those were Enfer's last thoughts as he lost consciousness and fell into a deep slumber.

"Enfer? Enfer? Oh Dear, can you hear me?" A sweet voice reached Enfer's ears

"Lux, don't worry too much about Enfer, he's a deity, he wouldn't die from a mere impact on the wall" Another voice was heard, but this time it was from a man whose voice was rough and raspy.

"Milleth, be serious here! and it's not just a mere impact on the wall, that was a large hall and Master was the one who threw Enfer, it's a miracle none of Enfer's bones were broken during the incident" Lux rebuked him.

"Lux! don't speak of our Master so casually, you want your tongue to be removed?" A soothing voice of a man was heard.

"Eek-" Lux squealed at the guy's words.

"Now now, all of you might give Enfer a headache with all this nonsense" Another woman's voice was heard from a far.

"Sister Amina!" Lux exclaimed.

"How is Enfer doing?" Amina asked.

"Enfer is doing well, he just passed out but luckily he had no serious injuries on him" Milleth answered.

"Master is indeed merciful" Amina whispered to herself.

The Five Ancient Deities, who are also famously known as The Great One's Five Disciples, Aeter, Amina, Milleth, Lux and Enfer.

All five of them were created from The Great One's five rings, thus they were also called The Five Holy Ring Deities of the Heavenly Palace. They were raised and taught by The Great One, thus they excel on everything, be it intelligent or power. Each of them were gifted a realm after their ascension.

Aeter, known as the God of Eternity and Ruler of Everlasting Realm, the realm of the Immortals. He is the eldest of the Five Deities and can often be seen by The Great one's side.

Amina, known as the Goddess of Life, Ruler of the Reality Realm, the realm of humans. She is the second eldest of the deities and is mostly in charge of the Heavenly Palace's matter when her master isn't around.

Lux Carpe Diem, Known as the Goddess of Light and Ruler of Realm Fantasia, the realm of Elves, Fairies, ang magical creatures. She would mostly be seen sitting umder the Tree of Hope, singing to all the animals softly.

Milleth, known as The God of Strength and Ruler of Realm Gladiator, the realm of powerful beasts. Known as the muscle of the five deities, he spends most of his time training in the mountains, and rarely goes out unless something interesting happened.

Enfer, known as The God of Darkness and ruler of Dark Realm, the realm of demons and dark mages. Spend most of his time isolated from the rest of the world, loves conducting experiments, and would occasionally come down his realm to give assistance to his people, which not many deities do.

The Five Deities aren't the only deities in the universe. Each deity is given a minor realm upon completing ascension. a newly ascended immortal is given their own planet to rule over, once that planet multiplies and become an entire galaxy, the newly ascended immortal shall be given the title 'minor deity'. Once that galaxy grows and multiplies, that Immortal would then be given the title of 'Deity'.
