Chapter 32

Hana heads off to bring Hyogo's companions to him but even if she is happy to help him she can't help but feel guilty leaving the village without telling anyone. She knew how everyone was overly protective of her so it pained her to think of the panic her absence from the village would cause. In order to not be gloomy since it didn't suit her nor did she like it, she tried to look on the bright side of it. She was enthusiastic about what she might see on her way to the biome that she was heading towards as she followed the spirit flying through the air in front of her at a low altitude around her height. She had never really interacted with a spirit before if she didn't count the one from the other day since it wasn't so much of an interaction but a one sided assault. It had only been a short while since they started walking so the sights she saw weren't much different from what she saw on a daily basis so she didn't feel much of it. So her curiosity got the best of her and she decided to call out to the spirit thinking it might be able to interact with her as a way to distract herself during her journey.

Hana: "Hey spirit, do you have a name?"

She called out to him waiting for a reply but it never came to her. She had expected this since Hyogo said the spirit wasn't that intelligent and if it could talk then she wouldn't have needed to go and tell Hyogo's companions his state of being. Nonetheless she did feel disappointed at the lack of response since she wouldn't have anyone to talk to during her journey. She was a naturally energetic and cherry person so she enjoyed talking to others so being alone made her feel depressed. The sites were plain and she had no company to pass the time. It wasn't until she was able to see what she believed to be the lighting biome from a distance that her face brightened up with excitement. The anticipation was killing her so she began to run towards it as she got closer the sight of it only amazed her more. She had left behind the spirit by quite a bit but it had accelerated it's speed to catch up to her. Once she was close enough to it Hana stopped since she was told not to enter by Hyogo. As she stopped she also tried to catch her breath since her sprint had exhausted her. Once she caught her breath she looked up and got a good look at the sight right in front of her. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. The breath that she had just regained had completely left her body and she had to make sure she was breathing because it was as if her body had completely forgotten it had to do it as her whole attention had gone towards what she saw in front of her. It wasn't something she could have ever imagined in her life. She had heard stories of such magic biomes but it didn't hold up to the real thing. She saw lightning be born in front of her out of thin air as it crackled and hit things at random and the landscape of it was bizarre in itself. Even the color of the area was completely different it was as if it had its own atmosphere or if it were its own mini planet. It wasn't something she thought that should be able to coexist in the world. It was vastly different than anything she thought was within the realm of possibility. It was just there in a random location where everything was completely normal then there it was. Something she couldn't possibly describe with mere words alone or probably anything it was only something you had to see to believe or get a grasp of how it really was. She was completely memorized by it that she had not noticed that the spirit had gone ahead and entered the biome already.
