I mean, I can't use Jutsu, I can't, well rather, I wont try to strengthen my body, who knows what would happen if I did. I can't train my sensory abilities by sending spikes of Chakra, no doubt Shinobi would notice it, I don't have a tailed beast sealed in my gut, so I can't go in my mindscape and be like "hey I'm from another universe give me your Chakra" which I wouldn't have done even if I did have a tailed beast.
