Z City is about to meet An Feifei. A mysterious girl with mysterious means, and of mysterious origins, who suddenly appeared in the city during a storm. "What do you do?" [Downloading skill books...] Feifei: "What can't I do? I can cook, run a business, write books, solve crimes, do martial arts, act, sing... name it and I can do it!" Neighbor: "Feifei, where do you live?" [Downloading 'Apartment #028'... Placing 'Apartment #028' in empty lot...] Feifei: "I live in the apartment next to you. Apartment 28." "Huh?
