1 Chapter 1

It was 4 a.m. in the morning when i woke up. I looked into the stars, they did shine bright and beautiful. When I was little, i did always love doing stargazing. But now, I am 16. I never really have time to look at the stars, I am really tired from school. And today, today is a big day. I did always dream about going to space one day. And now, my dream did became true. It all started when my mother, Tora, became an astronaut, i did beg for years, that I can come with her and now, at the age of 16, she did finally talked to her manager asking, if I could come with her to her next mission in space. And they did say yes! And then my school give me green light too, it was like my birthday but better. Of course I did need to do many tests, but I did pass, even the centrifuge. And the coolest part is, on that mission we will explore a cosmic storm which only occurs every hundred thousand years. That a unique chance for me! At 7 a.m. the space shuttle starts. The ride is 1 hour long. That means at 6 a.m. I need to be ready. Yesterday I allready packend my stuff, so I didnt need to worry about that. I comb my long, black hair and make me a braid. Then I did take on my outfit for today. A dark green NASA-Hoddie and dark blue jeans. Then I die brush my teeth and do the last last little things I die forgot yesterday. Then it is already was 5 a.m. what means that we need to go. And did go into the car with my mother. My breakfast i eat in the car, my mother did just drink her coffee. After the ride from 1 hour, which feels like 5, we was finally arrieved at our space shuttle.We did change into special uniforms, which are made for this mission. Our other clothes aren't "space confirm". When we did start I feel a nervous tingling in my stomach. When I would have known what happens on that space shuttle, I would never have got on the space shuttle...
