42 Weird Feelings

Gev Chiyun felt something is wrong when he and Kaxs Nobles went outside of the hospital. Weird, he thought.

Kaxs Nobles saw his knitted forehead. "What are you thinking?"

When Gev Chiyun saw Kaxs Noble's blank eyes, he brushed off the weird feeling he was having. "Nothing. So what are we going to buy?"

"Hmmm…" Kaxs think for a minute. "Let's go buy some macchiato for Lei. I know that she will crave for it when she wakes up."

Gev knows that Kaxs believes in Lei. That Lei will wake up soon. He smiled and patted her head. Kaxs Nobles is really strong, that's why he wants to protect this little kitten. He can't let her die. And Gev doesn't want to Micah to have a regret in this life.

Gev and Kaxs went back to Boredom. When they saw Micah, she's also 10 times worried than Kaxs. Micah is like Kaxs and Lei's mother hen. No wonder that she will do anything to save Kaxs in this life too.

After they buy some Macchiato for Lei and Mocha for Kaxs, they went back to the hospital. When they're already inside, Gev stopped for a minute.

"I had a weird feeling just when we came back," Gev said because his sense is never wrong when it comes for a thing like that.

Kaxs nodded. "I felt it too when we went outside of the hospital too. Did you feel something when you went in here?"

Gev shook his head. He didn't feel weird when he came into the hospital.

"The feeling of being watched."

"Someone is watching us."

They both said and they both turn serious. Gev Chiyun, as a researcher, his mind automatically assessed the situation. He didn't feel anything when he went here in the hospital so the 'person' who's watching them didn't know him at the time. But when he and Kaxs went outside, then that 'person' recognized Kaxs and automatically thought that I'm acquaintance with her.

The thing is, that person just watched them. If he had a bad intention then, his target must be Kaxs… or Lei.

Why Lei?

Lei has a panic attack. Gev once read in a Child Psychology that if a person or a child has a panic attack then it must be a cause by a trauma. Trauma from a situation like accident or trauma caused by a… person.

Kaxs said to him that ever since Lei was a child, she already has one.

"That 'person' is definitely targeting Lei," Kaxs said with a conviction.

Gev was stunned for a second. "Why do you say so? That person might also be targeting you."

"If that's the case then I'm not afraid of him," Kaxs said and made Gev a little angry. He wanted to say that because she's not thinking of her safety may be the reason why she died. She's thinking of other people rather than her own. But Gev can't say this because this is Kaxs Nobles after all. "If that person's target is Lei, then I will definitely won't let him off."

Gev just smiled because he won't be able to do anything if Kaxs already decided what she will do. All he can do is protect her.
