11 Danna Bayer
Danna Bayer's life wasn't easy. When she was born, her mother died because of complication in giving birth to her. Her father, Von Bayer, was a simple man. He works in construction and his monthly payment barely lets them eat 3 times a day.
When her mother died, it had a huge blow on her father. He started drinking every day and used drugs. And because of lack of money, Danna only eats once a day though sometimes, their neighbors, were kind enough to give her milk.
When she became 5 years old, Danna wanted to go to school like everyone else. She requested to her father to let her study but he ended up hitting her. Her father was so drunk at that time and just got home.
She cried because it hurts but later she understands that they don't have enough money to let her go to school.
She wanted to work. Danna pleaded her neighbor to let her work in their house. She can clean and do other chores.
Danna's neighbor was greatly affected and ended up hiring her as their little house maid. Just like she said, she can clean, wash the dishes and cook too. She was very diligent at her work.
Bringing out the trash was her job after cleaning the house. One day, she was taking out the trash when she heard someone shouting. It was her father and he was fast enough to grab her. Von dragged her inside their house and threw her in the kitchen.
Her chest hit the edge of the sink. She started gasping because she couldn't breathe. Her father didn't notice and started screaming at her.
"Where have you been this past two weeks!?" he shouted and made her stand up.
Danna had trouble breathing but she endured it and tried to explain to her father. "I started working. I wanted to go to school. We have… no money so I have to make money on my own."
Her father shook his head like a manic and started laughing. "NO! You're also trying to leave me!" Von shouted and in the corner of his eyes, he saw the knife.
"You won't go anywhere. You'll stay here with me!" he grabbed the knife and stabbed her at her face!
She screamed. Some of their neighbors heard it and started knocking at their door. After the pain, she felt numb. She didn't scream anymore because her conscious was fading.
She looked at her father with an apologetic face. Yes, she wanted to apologize. She wanted to tell her father that she will not run away. That she will stay. She wanted to help her father but ended up being a nuisance to him. She wanted to apologize but she couldn't say anything.
Her vision was turning dark when she saw her own father take his own life. She heard him whisper,
"I'm sorry darling, I can't take care of our daughter anymore." And her vision turns black.
An organization went to their home and started saying things that she couldn't understand. The
organization said that her father has a mental problem and ended up stabbing her.
She smiled at them and touches the scar with bandage in it. "My father did his best." That was all she said and she was fostered to her new home. They were very nice to her and let her study.
She was now a 2nd year college student. Ever since she was a child, she had wanted to be a doctor.
She was helping her parents by working although her foster parents are against it.
Since, she was little, Danna was a very stubborn girl and would never change her mind. That's why here she is now, working at Boredom and while continuing to pursue her dream.
