14 Being a Spy

Gev Chiyun couldn't help but twitch both of his eyebrows. "Uhm… can I ask about something?"

"Sure, but don't be too loud," Micah said while holding her sunglasses.

"Just what are we doing here?" I asked. We are here at the Bowling Center together with Micah and

Kaxs Nobles. When I came inside Boredom, Micah immediately grabbed me and dragged me here.

"And why am I also here?" Kaxs asked. "I just wanted my coffee!"

"I won't have given you any coffee if you didn't come here with us," Micah said with a smile. Oh, and it's kind of a scary one. "Never mind, our purpose here is to spy on our baby!"

"Huh?" I was confused.

"She means Danna," Kaxs explained without looking at me. Oh! This was the first time she talked to me but well you could say this was an achievement. I unconsciously smiled but they didn't see it.

They're both paying attention to Danna who is cleaning the bowling ball.

A group of 5 friends came inside. We saw Danna stop for a while and glance at someone. She retracts her gaze and pretends that she's busy. I looked at the group of friends. The guy with a yellow shirt is glancing at Danna ever since he came in here.

"Oh! I saw Kevin! He's wearing a yellow shirt." Micah said. "I'm going to give that guy a piece of mind. He dares to hurt our baby darling. He won't get away with this."

'This is getting weirder and weirder' I thought.

I saw the Kevin guy walked up to Danna. I heard some of his friends shouting and laughing. Looks like his friends are just a bunch of A**hole.

"Hi," Kevin said with a smile.

"Umh… Hello?" Danna said unsure but I think she's embarrassed by this point. After all, she said that Kevin is her true love.

"A-are you busy?" Kevin became slightly nervous.

"He just stammered," Micah commented. "What do you think guys? Is that guy really interested in our girl?"

"I think he is," Kaxs said with a straight face.

"Why do you think so?" I asked her with an amused face.

"Do you think you will not stammer when you are speaking with the one you love?" she asks me.

"That guy is good at his speech. He won an award last month ago. Unless he was acting then he's going a good job."

"Shh… just be quiet!" Micah said in a hushed tone.

"Yes… I guess." Danna said.

"Oh, well ummm… do you want to hang out with me?" Kevin asked straightforwardly. I wanted to laugh because it's somehow awkward to me.

"Why?" Danna asked while not looking at Kevin's eyes.

"I just want to hang out with you," Kevin said with a serious face. Micah suddenly brought out a tissue. I looked at her with an incredulous face. Kaxs is also wearing the same face as mine. We can't believe that Micah is crying over this simple thing. And by the way, this is not a drama.

"But you have a lot of friends to hang out with." Danna reasoned.

"Yes, but I want to hang out with you. I'm sorry that I don't have any reason. I just want to know you." Kevin smiled at Danna. Is he asking her without any reason? That's ridiculous. Everything can't happen without a reason and without reason it means that you're only treating this like a game.

"Are you not afraid being seen with me?" Danna asked again. When it really comes to the one you love, you will be uncertain about yourself. Even though I barely knew Danna, she is a lovely and bubbly girl. She doesn't care what people say but now, she's doing it oppositely.

"No," Kevin said and somehow this word gave Danna hope. A hope that Kevin will really like her.
