"You…!!" Kaxs Nobles shouted. "What are you doing here!?"

I smirked at her with a mocking smile. "I just started working here." I said and walked toward the storage room.

She just stands there frozen.

I went to storage room and saw a lot of heavy equipment used to make coffee. This equipment must be latest model, I thought. I immediately lifted it and some girl with a scar on her face smiled at me and helps me locate where the equipment will be placed.

"You're new here?" she asks me.

I have a good impression of this girl. She's not afraid that I will criticize her face. She's wearing the

Boredom uniform. It is a simple white shirt with a coffee logo on it and the name of the shop. She had her name tag and her name was Danna.

"Yes." I smiled at her. "I'm Gev Chiyun. It's a pleasure to meet you…"

"Danna." And she pointed at her name tag. "I've been working here for a month now and if you have any questions, you can ask me."

"Sure, then I will be troubling you in the future." I said and she started doing her work. Sometimes she's asking me a lot of random topic about myself.

"I've been asking you a lot of question now I will tell you about myself." She said and inhales like she's preparing herself.

"You don't have to." I said but she just laughs at me.

"My mom died when I was young. My father really loved my mother and that love for her drove him mad. Mad enough to create a scar like this in my face." She tells me like she's just telling a story.

Danna's face didn't even show a bit of emotion when she's telling me her story. I didn't say anything which led her to continue. "The scar must be horrible but it doesn't matter to me. "Kaxs, what are you doing there?" we heard someone ask and Danna stops talking.

"I'm looking for you." I assume that voice would be Kaxs because I've already heard her voice. She's talking to Micah and they're behind the storage's door.

"Okay, we can talk at my office." I heard Micah. I heard a few footsteps until they're gone.

"Ahh!" I looked at Danna and saw her panicked face. "Oh no, I still have customers to serve! Gev, I'll be going first and if you have a question or any problems, you can find me at the shop."

She runs as fast as she can and I just shake my head. That girl really experienced a lot. I respect fighters and she can be called a fighter.

Suddenly a light glows at my pants. The notebook Jem gave me is a little small so it fits in my pocket. I picked it up and opened it. The 1st page of the notebook is glowing with a golden light and words suddenly started appearing!

That was the only words that appeared. I frowned. What are these words mean? Are these words written by Kaxs? I thought she doesn't believe in love and any other unexplainable thing?
