1 The hard-hearted girl.

Every man has a story to say may be a tragic one or a good romantic moment which turned to be a

long relationship or other.

My Story is the story of every single guy who try to find a suitable partner but fail to do so because of various reasons.

The story started when I was in my teens may be 17 or 18 years old. Being a very simple boy who is too passionate for studies, I never had any interest or leanness towards any special type of Bonding with any

girl. In short, I had not loved or thought of the word "Love" before. Might be the word doesn't suited my

character. Moreover, I had no any friends to teach that! I was an average student who liked science and had taken a science tuition which brought a turn in to my life and I changed a lot. My friend Vikky who was much of a practical person had more of knowledge than any other had. He was bit poor in English but his science knowledge was worthy that he should have got medals. He had a crush on a girl. Actually Vikky had nothing but we, the tuition mates thought that there is a bonding betwen them. Everyday, after the tuition got over, she used to come to Vikky for clearing her doubts. The reason could be either that she was interested in him or she was really a dumb in the particular subject? One day and then (continuously) the girl not getting response from Vikky, came to me. What did I do? I helped her the way I could. My friend was not at all jealous because he had that someone in his life that time! He never liked the girl whom I Started liking with all my heart while solving her doubts.

The girl who was tall, lithe, possessing bright eyes and smile was the one who took away my heart for the first time in my life. She wore specs that suited her. Name was like that which I had never heard before and that really impressed me : "Advika"

Time went by and nothing serious happened.

And one day on one social media she asked Vikky's no. I was surprised why she wanted his number. She confronted that she wanted his or mine number. Just for any help that she can take from us if she faces any problem in science! As Vikky rejected giving his number to Advika! I gave my number. It was then when we started chatting with each other and then I Finally told my feelings which I had for her, that I like her! It broke all her peaceful state of mind and her temper rose high up. Just like The way a girl behaves if

she didn't like the proposal of a boy. She behaved the same thing: "I never thought you could be like this" , " All men are same" and so on and so forth!

Advika found me as her motivational friend. I listened to her sayings, her AIM, her wishes like a friend

not because I liked her, but because of my nature to listen to others and help in every possible way. Actually She had a cruel disease caught later on and that was 'Depression' because of her Break-Up with her may be the first love! It is the boy that had left this deity forever alone just because he wanted to be successful! Advika begun hating every thing related to her ex and her positivity diminished daily. She got angry on petty things and I had to fire-extinguisher her. I came to know that despite of all these she had a stern attitude towards the society and wanted to change the education system and the overall outlook of every person. In short, she wanted to be the eye-opening person who dared to change this absurd world.

So, let's come back to the point, there was no name to this relationship between us, she said it once. So, it was obvious It hadn't worked, I mean she didn't like me but I was a good friend to her.

Days and months passed by, we talked, we have been apart, and this continued....

We even stopped looking each other or talking in the tuitions.

On the other side Vikky had his own love story been starting up! He has found himself unknowingly fallen in love with a girl! Honestly, we boys have the same tendency. We get drifted apart from one and we fall in love

with others. As Vikky, my friend had one more special before this. So the present was his 2nd special, if I am correct!

Vikky and I shared a strong covalent bond, we supported each other on every aspects. I can say we were more than brothers. We had insulted each other, we had fun with each other, shared every good-bad moments, had laughed out our hearts. It was he who supported me in confronting my feelings to Advika that grew so fast and I never thought if It is correct or not. I had restrained up to shutting myself to Advika. It was Vikky who backed me up to keep on trying!

It was again on one special day, on the birthday of Vikky, me and Advika had a serious chat on call, when Vikky asked her if she had anything for me and confronted my feelings to her! Advika said that nothing is there and I should forget her and focus on my studies and that she is not a good girl!

We stopped talking with each other for days or months ! My final exams were near. It wasn't that I

forgot her but it was that my career and future is in top priority and love can wait for us lifetime!

I cleared my Finals with flying colours securing 8th rank in the whole state. My family members were very proud

and happy for me! I was waiting for her when a day had came when she called me up to congratulate. She told me that she prayed for me. I felt great because I thought she left me for life, but I was wrong! She left me for Helping me concentrate on my studies. Thus she also contributed me in this success of mine.

We are now apart in our life and also in our educational fields. I came to Dibrugarh and she went to Gujarat. The only thing that remained the same is the respect for each other. I can't forget her ever. She was mind-blowing, and she was the first! May be the last??
