3 Can I follow you?

"AHHHHH!!!" it screamed right after Jaeho was standing in front of it. Jaeho was surprised to see that 'thing' is actually a girl. She was wearing a knee length white dress and her black hair was long enough to reach her elbow. As for her age, Jaeho was guessing that she might be around his age too.

"Y-you're a girl." Said Jaeho while looking at her. He was looking into her doe eyes and somewhat, the girl face seems familiar to him.

"O-of course I'm a girl! T-then what do you think I am?" said the girl.

Jaeho let out his sigh. "Let's go downstairs…" said Jaeho as he led the way, but then, he notices that the girl did not move an inch from the door. "What's wrong?" asked Jaeho but the girl did not answer him and looked down.

"I'm not gonna do anything to you… I just wanna talk with you… that's all." Said Jaeho.

"Come on~" said Jaeho and walked first. With that, the girl followed behind him slowly. Once the girl reached the kitchen, she noticed that Jaeho was preparing for his dinner and places some of his Jajangmyeon that he ordered just now into a bowl to share with her.

"Let's talk while we have dinner. I'm hungry." Said Jaeho and the girl nodded.

Once she was seated in front of him, she was looking at the food. She's not that hungry nor is she full. It's just that she's a ghost so it's not necessary for her to eat.

"I'm Jaeho. And what's your name?" asked Jaeho as he eats the Jajangmyeon.

"As far as I remembered, my name is Il Hwa. Choi Il Hwa." Answered Il Hwa as she took the chopstick and eat the food.

"Remembered?" asked Jaeho feeling confused with her answers and Il Hwa nodded.

"Where did you come from and how did you get in?" asked Jaeho.

"I don't remember where I came from but from what I remembered, right after I woke up, I was already in this house. I was alone before, till you came…" answered Il Hwa. Jaeho was listening to her and thought something. *is she a ghost living in this house?* thought Jaeho.

"No wonder Mr. and Mrs. Choi moved out." Muttered Jaeho alone. Luckily Il Hwa didn't hear him.

"Y-you're a ghost?" asked Jaeho but Il Hwa just shrugged her shoulders. "I guess?" said Il Hwa. Then, Jaeho took her hands and hold it. *this is real. I'm not wrong. It's not even the vision that I used to have.* thought Jaeho.

"H-hey!" yelled Il Hwa as she took her hand away from him.

"How come I can touch your hand when you're a ghost? Aren't you supposed to look…. Transparent? Or whatsoever they called It." said Jaeho

"How am I supposed to know? Plus, you're the only one that can see me. I guess your parents can't even see me… nor them…" said Il Hwa and lower her voice and the last sentences.

*Them? Who?* thought Jaeho. "They're not my parents… they're my aunt and uncle… my parents are in Switzerland." Said Jaeho. "O-oh... sorry." Said Il Hwa. "That's okay." Said Jaeho. Then both of them continued with the dinner in silence. Right after they had their dinner, Jaeho washed the dishes with Il Hwa staring at him from the table.

"You need to stop staring at me like that." Said Jaeho as he wiped his hands with the napkins.

"Sorry if I'm scaring you. I just got too excited because this is the first time a human can see me." Said Il Hwa and Jaeho nodded.

"Alright, I have work to do so… you can do whatever you want and just don't disturb me." Said Jaeho.

"Got it!" said Il Hwa and saluted him with a smile. Somehow, those smiles of her seems so familiar. Suddenly, a vision appeared in front him. The one that he always had.

"Lee Jaeho!" called the girl and she smiled.

The smiles are so similar like what Il Hwa just did. Jaeho shook his head, trying to let the vision to disappear. A few seconds later, right after he opened his eyes, he got so surprised to see Il Hwa was standing in front of him.

"AHHH!" shouted Jaeho as he touches his chest feeling his heart beat rapidly from the shock.

"You need to stop doing that." Said Jaeho as he walked up on the stairs to get his laptop from his room. Il Hwa, who was still standing there, giggled seeing him. "Never knew that he's a scaredy person haha!" laughed Il Hwa and her laughter can be heard from Jaeho's room.

That night, it was already half past one in the morning, Jaeho has saved his work and feeling so sleepy. When he was cleaning up the table in the living room while waiting for his laptop to shut down, he was looking for Il Hwa. She was nowhere to be seen. *where is she?* thought Jaeho. But then, he barely even open his eyes and straight away, walk to his room to sleep not looking for Il Hwa.

On the next day, Il Hwa was wandering in the living room waiting for Jaeho to wake up. She noticed that it's almost 8 o'clock in the morning and she remembered that yesterday Jaeho went out in the morning. She was feeling worried that Jaeho might be late and she decided to enter Jaeho's room.

"Yah Jaeho~" called Il Hwa while knocking lightly on his door. She knocked on his door for a few more times, but there are still no answer. Then, she decided to just enter his room through his door. Luckily, she's a ghost, no need to turn the doorknob when she can just go through the door.

As soon as she entered, she saw Jaeho was sleeping soundly on his bed. Il Hwa decided to go near his bed and stares at him admiring his face.

*He's kinda good looking* thought Il Hwa. Then, she places her chin on her palm and looked at Jaeho sleeping face. She started to poke his nose slightly and Jaeho started to stir a bit.

"Wake up~" whispered Il Hwa with a giggle when she noticed that Jaeho was rubbing his ears might be he got tickled with her whispers.

"Jaeho~" whispered Il Hwa again on his ears. After a few more whispering, Jaeho finally opened his eyes. What surprised him the most was, Il Hwa's face was a few inches away from him.

"Finally, you're awake! Good morning!" Greeted Il Hwa happily.

"You seriously need to stop appearing out of nowhere." Said Jaeho as he got up and sit on his bed. "I do not appear out of nowhere." Said Il Hwa as she crossed her arms. "I tried to wake you up, but you won't." added Il Hwa and raised her eyebrows.

"Wait-" said Jaeho as he takes a look at his phone. It was almost 8.30 am. "Shit. I'm gonna be late for morning class!" said Jaeho as he got up from the bed and ran to the bathroom to take a shower. "Silly" said Il Hwa as she went out from his room and waited in the living room.

A few minutes later, Il Hwa saw Jaeho was running from the stairs and straight away went to the kitchen to get a slice of bread.

"You should stay in the house. I'll be back once my class is finished." Said Jaeho as he bites a piece of the bread and went to grab his shoes. Once he tied up his shoelaces, he stands up and finished the bread. "Goodbye~" said Jaeho when suddenly without he notices, he patted her head gently making Il Hwa blushed. But before Jaeho leaves the house, Il Hwa had called for him.

"W-wait!" said Il Hwa as she grabbed his hands.

"What's wrong?" asked Jaeho.

"C-can I follow you?" asked Il Hwa suddenly. "I was so bored being alone here and thought of seeing how the outside will look like." Added Il Hwa. "Please?" pleaded Il Hwa. Jaeho was about to refuse it, but when he saw that big doe eyes were pleading him, he can't help but to say yes.

"Okay." Said Jaeho. "ASSA!" cheered Il Hwa as she jumped in glee. Then, Jaeho notices that she was barefooted. He takes a look on the shoe rack and unfortunately, he doesn't have any shoes for girl. Then, he saw a sandal the he used to wear during the summer and take it out to give it to Il Hwa.

"Here, wear this. It's not proper to go out without any shoes." Said Jaeho as he handed her his sandals.

"Thanks!" beamed Il Hwa and took the sandals from his hands and slipped it on her feet. The size was too big for her and Jaeho let out his laughter seeing it.

"Why are you laughing?" asked Il Hwa as she tilted her head a bit, confused.

"Nothing. Come on, let's go~" answered Jaeho as he shook his head with a smile.

Then, both of them leave the house together with Il Hwa following behind him.
