Studying Diligently

After looking through some collection of records, she still can't figure it out but she is getting closer.

"Most of the materials mentioned about going into meditation and such to activate those energy nodes. It would probably be helpful if I would be able to observe a Yogi or someone similar. Based on some books, meditation causes a change in the state of the mind and a change on brainwaves. So if someone delve into deep brainwaves, will they be able to summon that unknown energy?"

"Anyway, I just need to witness more of those kind of events so that I have more data to work on. A good place to start would be a place with a large number of humans. I should probably start with the school." Finnia started to walk back towards the farm. She wants to talk to Enryl about the nearest school.

Once she was back at the farm, she noticed a stark difference. The farm was sparkling clean and organized. She saw Enryl on a hammock beside a hut. He looks comfortable lying while reading a book.

"No more farm chores? You seem to be having a relaxing afternoon," Finnia walked towards Enryl and teased him for a bit.

"Thanks to you, I was able to finish them all in no time." Enryl looked at her and smiled. Actually, Enryl's physical attributes improved a lot after he became an enhanced human. With his newly smooth, flawless and poreless skin he looked like a rich handsome kid that haven't inhaled dirt in his lifetime.

"Are you preparing to go back to school?" Finnia asked as she noticed the book earlier.

"Yes. Grandma said she will be able to handle the farm now that she's stronger and have Kimi on her side. She suggested that I go back to school to continue my studies." Enryl replied.

"But, we don't have that enough money to pay for it. So, I'm thinking I can apply for scholarship in the next opening of classes on June. If I get a good score on the scholarship exam, I will only need to pay a small amount. And if I can even get the top score, I can actually get in for free and the school will even provide the school supplies that will be needed for the whole year." He continued.

"Would you like some help? With your new body, you can use fifty percent of your brain power. And it can even get higher as you get used to your new thinking capability. I have countless books on my database, and I can show you the relevant materials via projection." Finnia suggested.

"Oh, that would be great! I would be in First Year in High School in this coming opening of classes. So, let's go with the knowledge on that level." Enryl was delighted. With Finnia's help, there's no limit on his source of reading materials and it is possible he can get a top score. Being able to get into the school for free would be really fantastic.

"Alright, let's do it then. Every day, once you are free from your chores, you will do some reading. And we can start now but before that, it is probably better to do it inside. Anyone can see the projection and it is best if nobody knows." Finnia suggested and she started to walk back inside. Enryl followed her shortly.

They went into one of the central room wherein there are no windows and Finnia started with the projection. She projected a book and Enryl will flip through the pages by tapping his finger. At first, he going at it and a normal human pace. Then he gets faster and faster until only after-images can be seen.

In around four hours, he went through a hundred books for Science, starting from the very basic to intermediate. If there's something he can't understand, Finnia will explain it in detail.

"You are the best teacher ever! The way you explain things make it seem like all of these are just basics." he exclaimed in disbelief.

"Well, that is because they are actually the Basics." Finnia nonchalantly declared. On her time where androids rule the world, they have reached a level of understanding that is beyond what a human can imagine in this time period. Materials for a high school student doesn't even needed to be mentioned.

"Thanks. I think we can stop for now and continue tomorrow. I still need to properly digest all the information in my head." Enryl said. He's not used to studying this much and so, it's a bit of shock to him even with his enhanced capability now. But he's happy. He knows that the future is really bright. He can't wait to top the exam.

Then they've heard Grandma entering with a bowl of some substance.

"Is that..." asked Finnia as she recognized what's in the bowl.
