Even as a teenager, Nectumaith had earned her place among the King’s warriors. Smart, cunning, strong, she was among the kings most trusted guard. As as such was picked to join the scouting party to remove the influence of the Holy Roman Empire from their homeland. But the Romans have always burned witches, and the Druids were no different. Nectumaith was no different. From her beloved Isles, forced aboard a Roman slave ship, take. thousands of miles away to be sold to the Ottoman Empire. But she is war woman! And Murad I has no idea who he’s taken prisoner!
