27 Saying goodbyes.

As soon as Luna used her secret ability on me my arm started to fill so much better, but it still wasn't fully healed yet. I couldn't move my arm very much but I could move my fingers at least.

"Thank you again, Luna, for trusting me with your ability. I won't betray your trust every and you have my word with that." I say while walking next to Luna.

Right now we are headed in the direction where they were supposed to go to complete their quest. We have been talking and walking for about 15 minutes and it's starting to get dark outside. So we are trying to get this quest over with as soon as possible. Kay and Hunter are in the front leading the ground while Ember is in the middle with Yuko and the pink slime. Then I was in the back with Luna and I was trying to make conversation with her. 'Noticed I said trying'

"It's no problem," Luna says while still walking forward.

"So what does your family do in the city?" I say trying to grab information but also trying to start a conversation too.

Silence from Luna was all I got from asking that question. She never even gave me a glimmer or a glance with her eyes she just kept silent the whole time.

"So what type of nobles are you and Kay?" I said trying to keep my composure.

Still, nothing coming from Luna.

"How did you get into adventuring?" I said still trying my hardest.

"Why don't you give up...It's clear I don't want to have a conversation with you." Luna says with the most attitude she can whip up.

But without a second of thinking, I responded with "It's because I'm stubborn when it comes to getting the things I want, and right now I want to talk to you. You can ignore me all you want and have to deal with my annoyingness or you can have an actually good conversation with me, and we can give each other information. I mean don't you want to know more about my slime...I've seen you glancing at it."

"Aghu so annoying...It's not your slime I'm interested in it's how the heck you manage to tame one. Only the closest people to the king can tame a pet and you're no noble." Luna says looking me up and down, but I spotted her eyes stopping and looking harder at my chest for a longer time than the rest.

It's not my fault that my clothes tore into pieces over the course of my previous fights. And did Luna just stop to check out my body?

"Yuko and me are connected and we have been through some tuff battles together." I say remembering the times where I almost died to the Slime Knight and the Big Wolf. "And You can't just assume that everyone under the nobles don't have power. That could be your death Miss Luna."

Luna glares at me when I finish talking and was about to say something before I cut her off.

"Miss Luna where you checking out my body just now?" I said rubbing my chin and looking at her face turn a bright red. Her eyes dropped down as her head fell down too and started running ahead to where Ember was at.

"No...I..Wasn't!!!"

You could hear as Luna said that out loud trying to cover her face while running. She grabbed on to Embers shirt and whispered something in her ear. Soon Ember turned around with a bright red face too. I'm guessing Luna told Ember about what she was looking at which cause Ember to turn around.

'I'll leave it at that for now' I thought to myself that I won't be bothering the girls anymore.

Soon we arrive that the adventures had to pick there herbs for there quest. I helped them pick a basket full of different types of heabs. Ember told me that these herbs are important for healing positions for people where they come from. She also showed me a map of where we were and said we are in a forest right next to the Kingdom of the riturous. This kindom is one of the top five strongest countries on the continent right now. This kingdom is home to many demi-humans and humans, and the king here is know for killing the last king 20 years ago in a dule. Ever since that dule the kingdom as grown stronger than ever while letting demi-humans into there kingdom to work.

Right now we are in the forest of shadows. They name this because the deeper you go into the forest the stronger the monsters become and it's said that you could hear voices the deeper you go into it. You can even see shadows of the dead that have died there.

That is all the information that I could get out of Ember right now for the limited time I was with her, but I got plenty for now.

After we got all the herbs we started walking out of the forest where I could see a little village next to it. I am choosing not to leave the forest yet because Yuko and I aren't strong enough for the real world yet.

I lead them out of the forest and said my goodbyes to everyone. Luna ofcourse didn't pay any attention to me Hunter and Kay shacked my hand and we wish each other safe travels and lefted it at that. Ember was the most touching thing to me and most unexpected. Right as I was going to shake Ember's hand Yuko jumped on my head and Ember hugged me tightly around my chest. She then said to me quietly where no one could hear "Please come back safe, please..." She was about to cry so she let go of my body and quickly ran to Luna.

I looked at Ember's black hair and yelled out to everyone. "Till we meet again my friends if I don't come back soon I will be in this forest. So if you ever need help come here and ask me anything I will be there anytime for you."

I turned away from them and entered the forest again.

I wisiper to Yuko and said "Let's get to the bottom of this issue with the issue with the pink slime." As I looked at the pink slime that was next to me.
