2 Exploring

I open my eyes and I was In a big cave with lots of torches on the wall and a river in the middle separating the cave into 2 sections.

"Where am I and How did I get here?"

*DING

"What the heck...Am I hearing things?"

A dark screen appeared in front of me with a bunch of white words on it. It had 5 sections. The First one said Stats, The second one said Pet stats, The third one said skills, the fourth one said quest, and lastly, the last one said shop.

"Okay now I am seeing things too"

I looked around to make sure no one was nearby and I didn't see anyone. So I proceeded to look at the screen in front of me.

"I wonder if I can...What did I just do?" I was reaching my hand toward the stats menu and I'm guessing I touch it.

"Wait this looks just like a game menu?" I said out loud looking at my stats I noticed the mana section. Does that mean I can use magic?

If my mom or dad were here they would love this just because they anime fans and love the idea of magic. Well, I can assume that I died in that bank heist, and maybe that women's voice sent me to this world and this system is her gift? Was she a god?

I put those thoughts in the back of my head for now, because I wouldn't be able to get answers now. I then look back at the screen in front of me and tapped the back arrow it sent me back to the main menu. I look at the other tabs that I haven't clicked on and the next one was pet stats. I reached out my hands and tried to click on it.

"What was that voice?" I looked around me in a hurry to see if there was someone around me. It seems that the robotic voice came from my head.

"Is this the system voice?" I said calmly grabbing my composure again.

I then realized that I wouldn't be able to use the pet stats tab. So then I quickly switch my attention to the Skills tab and clicked it. Another tab appeared.

Skills:

Skill Taming is a skill that can be leveled up and as it levels up you can have more pets. As of Right now, you can Have 1 pet. The pet has to be equal to your class level and your level.

I was thinking to myself how very interesting it is and thinking about the endless possibilities I can do with this type of skill if It works as it thinks. I look at the last 2 tabs I have quests and shop. I tried to click on the quest tab.

I guess when I meet people they can give me quests that will show up here or something like that.

I see then well I have explored everything that this system has to offer the only thing left to do is find out where did I get sent to?

Right now I'm in a cave, and the cave is separated by a river. On my side of the river is like an underground forest which is not that big. Along the walls of all the cave, many torches lit up the whole cave. Grass on the ground which is very unusual for a cave. You could also see many fishes popping out of the river too. The side of the river I'm on seemed like a wonderful and peaceful place to live.

The other side of the river was just like a plain cave, with no grass just stone for the ground, and no trees. Just a regular cave, but that side of the cave had a hallway it seemed.

I thought to myself "I need to get to the other side of the cave." The only problem is crossing the river.

Unlike my expectations, the river wasn't flowing fast but at a calm pace.

I walked up toward the river and looked at it

"WHAT THE" I said from a surprise shock!!

I saw my reflection in the river now I have white hair. I used to have dark black hair but now it's white like snow. Even my eyes had changed from a blue color like the beautiful sea to a blood-red shade.

"What has happened to me and what has happened to my face?" I said with a questioning look on my face.

I was wearing a black ripped T-shirt and black pants.

I rolled up my pants so I could pass by the river. From my point of view, the river was about two feet deep while I appeared to be around 5'11 in height, so it wasn't much of a problem to cross the river.

When I finish crossing the river there was nothing special about this side of the river. But I wasn't here for the viewing, I'm here to get out of here.

I started to follow the path-way out of the cave. At least I think it is the path-way out I'm just assuming.

---10 minutes later-----

I follow the path for about 10 min and ended up in another room, but this one was very different because this one had.

"SLIMES???"

Monsters? Are real? What?

I looked at all the Slimes. This place looks like a breeding ground for them. A lot of little blue, squishy looking things jumping around each other. I can count at least 30 of them at least.

"Wait can I tame a slime?"

Next chapter
