Second  Wedding Day

After the incident at the tea house the general got a little protective and would insist I walked close and I front of him. I lasted until we got to the General's residence.

"Mama! Mama we have arrived home."

Wei Ying screeched as they arrived into the manor.

"Shameless"

Lan WangJi wasn't that interested in what this Childe of the Wei clan arrayed in song at the moment.

The two families would be gathering in the Cloud Recesse for the formal naming of Wei Wuxian. The normal traditional wedding would last about

Three days, the first for the wedding ceremonies, the second for the bride to prepare a meal for both families and the third the bride would have to visit her home once more but not as a family member but as a guest as she is no longer part of their family.

Sitting down Lan WangJi started to play an old tune long forgotten by his memories but his heart and fingers knew it quite well.

He had always played this song back...

What now silently he got up following the sound produced by Wei Wuxian.

A Predicament was what he thought of this situation. Lan WangJi stood still as he-wuxian- had wrapped his legs and upper body around Lan WangJi.

He had found Wei Wuxian under the kitchen table while the maids giggled in delight as their madam hide away from the pet dog of Cheif Teng which often came for a visit sometime.

It seemed as though the moment the dog or rather Fairy walked into the kitchen barking loudly he had flew across the table top and into the cardboard and locking it before he had decided it not safe as Fairy would claw at the door.

The had then began crying out for Lan WangJi as he was  being terrorized by the dog.

The door had some how opened revealing the dog sitting silently.

He presumed to run under the table and cry while waiting for dear hubby,who finally showed up and he clinging for dear life.

Which now left him in this situation his ears a bright mixture of red.

"Wei Ying,"he whispered so the maids could not hear."Get off me" "No, never, have you not seen the beast" Wei Wuxian whispers back clinging furiously.

How was he gonna do this now.

"Qing ER that is your formal name within the family from now on." The wife of Lan Zhan's brother spoke as she touched the cheek of Wei Wuxian who smiled under his veil.

"Lan WangJi, your bride is truly beautiful."

"Thank you sister."

"But if you don't mind me asking why keep her under veil, Ahh."

"What if he only wants to keep the beauty for himself ah."

"Brother"

"Okay fine fine I will keep my mouth shut."

After the formal announcement of his new name the other members of the family had finally disappeared. Leaving a few to mingle.

"Lan Zhan I don't fee-"

Was all he got so say before a full black out.
