Chapter 1 : Mystery

According to legend, a gem had the ability to turn countless nations to dust. Once every 20 years, the Gem arrives out of nowhere. Even though everyone is aware of where it is, they all quake when they hear it. The story continues in a shadowy area surrounded by stone-clad homes and street lamps. And now let me introduce the two characters who will have received letters from an unknown source asking them to visit the location. These characters are Sigurd the blacksmith and Gemwit the war machine, a man with a troubled past who one day awoke with a cyborg body and a machine gun built into his chest.

The tale continues when both the characters reach this unknown character and when they see each other they are hesitant and shy to speak with each other so they look around and see an archway with a man standing under it. They slowly approach the man fearing he would hurt them. "There," says the man shrouded in darkness as he walks away from the archway. "I see you have read the letter..... it's too late..." he said while holding a laugh." you'll never reach it..." said it as he is getting something from his pocket." you fools...aHAHHAHaha" laughing while pulling a smoke grenade he got from his pocket and throwing it on the floor. Sigrud tried to catch up with him but failed. Confused on what he said he tried to look for a clue of what he said all he can find is a black stone on the floor with markings.

As they were left alone, they came upon numerous gateways, each with a sign. One of them reads, "I have the ruby gem," another, "I have the diamond," and the final one, "I have the emerald gem." they ponder around not knowing what to pick. The black stone started shaking and runes started to appear in a unknown language. Its up to them to translate it or stay in a mysterious location for eternity.
