6 Chapter 6: Sunday

The following days pass by routinely. I spend most of the time at school with Aika, Sanju, and Ikumi, while occasionally talking with Maria. Mio didn't open up in the slightest, and I didn't try to either. I didn't have any meeting with Sona after that day. Rias invited me, probably to hear my answer yesterday, but I declined messenger Kiba saying I've something planned afterward.

Progress with Dungeon and Alchemy has been steady. As one can guess, leveling up at a later level wasn't an easy task. Furthermore, I was a Rogue, and I could only do so much Rogue-ish things when I was fighting in a narrow tunnel, making battles frustrating and time-consuming. After investing five days, spending almost every spare moment trying to improve on either of those things, I was admittedly burnt out. Being weak had me anxious, so I didn't sleep at all. But figuring this wasn't the right mindset either, I decided to take a break and slept through the night on Friday. On Saturday, the next day, Aika and Sanju showed up—sexy and uninvited, and we kind of ended up fucking the whole night. I was only able to get five odd levels in Alchemy that night.

Anyway, let's put it all aside. Today is Sunday. A lot of things depend upon how today goes. I'm reasonably sure Maria will make a move today. And Raynare is there as well. But I'm not too worried. I've become strong. I'm no longer a weakling. Okay, out goes the inner monologue. Zoning out before fighting a boss monster isn't exactly ideal.

[Observe]

Target – Giant Serpent

Level – 150

HP – 25000

MP – 5000

SP – 5000

Primary Stat – DEX (750)

Secondary Stat - STR (500)

Hmm, level 150. Although quick and powerful, it's quite unfortunate that I'm his opponent. It just happens to be that I've tons of DEX and STR. And on top of that, the terrain is perfect for a Rogue-like me. We were in a forest; encompassing me were tall and thick trees. It stands no chance against me. Alright, let's just finish this up quickly since I'm fairly certain it's about to be morning soon.

Over the days, I've gained quite some powerful and interesting skills.

[Death from Shadows] (Active) – LVL 51 [17%]

Cost – 2000 SP

When making a sneak attack, the Critical Hit multiplier increases by 5x.

25% extra damage when using an enchanted dagger.

In case of miss, enemy experiences [Stun] for next 5 seconds

[Minor Invisibility] (Active) – LVL 27 [77%]

Cost – 2500 SP

When active, the User's visibility will be masked by skill level percentage. Currently 27%

Active for 2 minutes

Additional [STR] damage will be dealt with during this time

Warning: The aura, scent, and other aspects won't be masked

[Eyes of Precision] (Passive) - LVL 44 [34%]

Allows User to see the weak points of enemies as well as the best route to attack it

[Death for Shadows] is something I've created using [Skill Merge]. I used [Assassinate] and a skill I got when hitting level 80, [Sneak Attack]. Now it does an absolute pile load of damage. It's one of my broken skills.

[Minor Invisibility] is another skill created by [Skill Merge]. I combined [Chameleon], gained at level 70, and [Misty Illusion], gained at level 80 to create it. Not my strongest Skill, but it has potential for growth. I'm thinking of merging this with [Sneak], except I'm worried it might break things, so I'm holding it off for now.

The last one, [Eyes of Precision], is created by merging [Eyes of Weakness] and [Unerring Eyes], which I gained at levels 90 and 70, respectively.

The usual confirmation came, which I accepted, and the battle ensued. The Giant Serpent, as expected, is a giant, almost ten meters in height, and its body's diameter is around my height. If I wasn't used to fighting serpents by now, I'd have been frozen in fear, to be honest.

Its vicious slitted eyes follow my shadow as I [Parkour] from one tree to another, trying to find its weak point using [Eyes of Precision]. As I pause for a second, finding one, it catapults its colossal body towards me, its mouth baring open to swallow me whole. Nothing my ever powerful [Dash] which give me [4x DEX] couldn't dodge.

I appear on a nearby tree with a whooshing sound, watching as the Giant Serpent rises from the destruction it caused. Taking out my [Rakshasa Waveblade], I use [Sneak] and [Minor Invisibility] and give it a quick [Death from Shadows], chucking as my strike easily chips away more than 20000 HP. It might seem like I'm doing tons of damage, and I am, but it's mainly because I'm dealing with Critical Hit every time. If I fought it head-on, then it's a death sentence for me. But Rogues never fight head-on, do they?

I barrage it with [Psychic Blades] as it struggled to get up after facing almost half the decapitation. It is my only long-range attack, and I want it to be as powerful as possible. I'm not ashamed at all to admit that this has been my go-to strategy. Find a chance to deal with Critical Damage and then run around while throwing [Psychic Blades]. It's repetitive but hey, if it works, why change it?

I close my eyes as the last blade hits the Giant Serpent, its body disappearing from the sight. I hear notifications go off crazily.

Gain +5 DEX, +5 STR every level, Critical Hit Multiplier: 8x, Additional 50% chance of dealing a critical hit when using a weapon

Yeah, I know what it signifies. Half of the time, I am dealing 8x the damage. We already established that nothing is remotely un-broken about this Game. I don't even get surprised anymore. Let's move on.

[Warrior]

[Mage]

[Thief] [Assassin] [Scout] [Phantom]

[Ranger]

[Artificer]*

Hmm. So when I max out a base Class, their Sub-classes unlock. That makes sense. Artificer is mostly a support class, as I remember, quite the opposite of what I want. There's not much of a question about what I'm going to choose, to be honest. I've decided it a long ago.

<Mage Class Selected!>

[Mage] – LVL 1/100 [0%]

Gain +5 INT, +5 WIS every level, 2x MP Regeneration

[Clothing Proficiency] (Active) – LVL 1 [0%]

Clothing proficiency? Well, I suppose it'll be useful? I can't expect too much at lower levels, so I am not really mad.

[Discipline]

…Motherfucker. Double the SP/HP gained from END?! Broken. This crappy Game is broken. Did no one playtest it? This might be the best thing I got out of all this. And you know what? I am not complaining. Not a bit. [Disciple] trait is nice. I'd accept anything for free.

<Alchemist profession has reached level 51!>

[Expert Alchemist] – LVL 51 [2%]

[Greater Poison]

[Greater Poison Resistance Potion]

Resists 30% of Poison based attacks

[Elixir of Fortitude]

Raises END by 15% for 1 hour

Well, that was a lot to take in. All of the potions are quite amazing, but the one that caught my attention is Holy Resistance Potion. You can guess the reason as well… what if I sell it to Devils? No, I better not. If Angels caught the scent of it, then my life will become a living hell, ironically.

As you might question, why is my Alchemy level so far behind Rogue? Well, there's a pretty simple answer to that. I can't find the ingredients. The ingredients I need to make some of these things are rarely found. Greater Healing and Greater Mana potions are the easiest to make, and I've over 40 for each of them in my inventory. They are quite handy when I want to hunt all night. Anyway, the point is I need to press forward and enter higher-level dungeons to find ingredients. Otherwise, I'm stuck. Thankfully, some new ones were unlocked just now.

<New Dungeons Unlocked!>

[0: An Abandoned Mine(Conquered)]

[1: A Dense Forest(Conquered)]

[1: Volcanic Mountain]

[2: Vampire's Mansion]

[2: A Lost City]

[2: Undersea Cave]

Next is the Volcanic Mountain, huh? I need some sort of fire protection gear before I enter that Dungeon.

Noticing that I've about 100 spare Stat Points, I assign them, and my new stat becomes something like this.

Levi the pervert

Race – Elf

Level – 101

Class – Mage – LVL 1/100 [0%]

Alignment – Neutral Evil

HP – 4125 (x2) = 8,250 [1200 per 30 sec]

I may or may not have broken into maniacal laughter after seeing 30000 SP. I think I've become strong. Scratch that. I can fuck people up now! Just in one week, I've surpassed almost everyone in Kuoh Academy! Also, now that I'm a Mage, I understand that I've been leaking my Magical Power all this time like a fucking idiot. So embarrassing.

I glance at my multiverse phone. I've about an hour before my meeting with Raynare. But before I exited out of Dungeon, I decided to use the 3 Lottery Coupons I've held onto. Along with the 2 new ones, I have a total of 5 of them.

<5 Lottery Coupon used!>

[Thanks for playing!]

< Perk Added!>

[Drown in Despair]

When you hurt someone, you face far fewer complications than other people would.

Blackmail and Rape victims will give in rather than go to the authorities.

Bystanders will ignore your crimes as long as it does not affect them.

[Thanks for playing!]

[Earned 2x Heart Crystal]

<Artefact Discovered!>

[Poisonous Sheath]

A sheath made to hold a dagger of any size smaller than a short sword. If left soaking in Poison in the total dark for 24 hours, it will apply that Poison to any blade sheathed in it.

…just what is that Perk? Actually, I don't want to know. I don't really need it since my crimes are perfect, but I'll take it reluctantly. Okay, I'll admit, I love it. Poisonous Sheath is a game-changer. Infinite poison application to any blade so long as I prepped it with enough Poison? Fuck yeah. It looks like I've already found a use for Great Serpent Poison Sack.

As I appear back in my room, I take out the Poisonous Sheath and Rakshasa Waveblade. This dagger was dropped by the boss monster when I had cleared the Final Level of The Abandoned Cave. It's the most powerful weapon in my inventory right now.

[Rakshasa Waveblade]

A black demonic dagger. Deals 2000 + [2x DEX] additional damage

It's not the strongest weapon ever, but that's all I got. Unloading some poison from the Great Serpent Poison Sac, I sheath the dagger inside Poisonous Sheath and then place it in a dark place. And with that, I am done here—time to hit the bathroom. I rightfully deserve a nice long bath after so much work.

-Raynare-

Raynare has a newfangled hatred for humanity. And it was all because of the existence of a single man. They were supposed to meet for their date at 10 am, but being the bitch she is, she arrived half an hour later. What she didn't expect what that Levi was an even mightier bitch. It's 11:05 and guess what? He still hasn't arrived. Apparently, he doesn't love his only life. Could it be that he forgot? That's… annoying. But more than that, infuriating.

After doing that to her, how could he forget? Ugh, whenever she thought about that time in the park, her throat involuntarily remembered that slimy liquid and salty taste. After such rough treatment, it took her a full day before her sore throat recovered. Honestly, she doesn't know what came over her that day? Was she horny herself?

Although she hasn't fucked for almost a year because she was on regular missions, and she definitely doesn't want to fuck with that disgusting creep Dohnaseek, her self-control shouldn't be that bad.

Maybe it's because he had a big cock? Albeit reluctantly, she had to agree that he had some good cock on him. Fuck, a shitty human shouldn't be having that. It is a complete waste! She'll almost feel bad killing him.

On second thought, she won't. He has pissed her off too much. Does she really look like a gold digger to him? The more she thought about him, the angrier she got. Just where the fuck is he?

Just then, she saw the object of her hatred on the other side of the road. Moreover, he was surrounded by five different bitches. She couldn't help but frown.

Obviously, she could tell that the two, the red and silver-haired girl among the group, were powerful. Maybe even more powerful than her. But she wasn't too worried. She has her teammates waiting for her call. Worst come to worst, she'll kill them all. Just another day for her really.

-Maria Naruse-

It looks like she wasn't the only one with plans today. Seeing an obviously disguised fallen angel pouting and trying to act cute to an equally fake apologetic Levi, she had to restrain the urge to cringe. She looked at Sanju, knowing she was from Sona's peerage, only to find her looking at the fallen chick with a… sultry expression? Oh, go— oh fuck!

"I am fine. Please continue." As everyone's attention gathered at her sudden wince, Maria waved her hands quickly and reassured. Levi briefly looked at her with a strange expression before continuing the charade with the fallen chick. They talked something about the 'date' or 'forgotten about it mistakenly' or something; she wasn't remotely interested.

She spread her awareness as they walked towards the shopping mall, and it collided with three more fallen angels following them some distance away. It doesn't take a genius to deduce that they were planning something. And she didn't like it. Levi would be their sugar daddy, and she won't have some weak fallen angels ruin her plans. Worst come to worst, she'll slip away from the group and kill them all herself.

Fallen angels shouldn't be in Devil territory anyway. Serafall Leviathan… wouldn't mind, right?

-Mio Naruse-

As she mistakingly matches eyes with Levi, her heartbeat speeds up again. A familiar feeling of arousal courses through her body momentarily as he smiles charmingly. She gulps, trying to drown away the blush that comes up to her stern-looking face anyway.

She hates the image of a silent girl she unintentionally ended up creating. Why can't she just be honest with herself like Aika and Sanju? She won't say she loves him, no, far from that, but she does have a crush on him. If he… if he confesses to her, then she might even agree to go out.

She knew that he had something going on with Aika and Sanju, but she didn't care. Polygamy was normal in the underworld. Hell, she has even seen a man with thousands of concubines. When compared to that, Levi is being modest.

Over the week, Levi has shown how amazing he is. Whether it's academics or sports, he's simply phenomenal. And his face… it's simply perfection. Students at school are already calling him the New Prince of Kuoh.

Unfortunately, Maria is planning to mind-control him today. Even after all the discussion last night, she couldn't dissuade her. Mio didn't like this plan, but she didn't want to get in Maria's way either. She knows she was being a bother, a burden to her. That's why she agreed.

It's not like she doesn't understand Maria's viewpoint. Even she could feel how powerful Levi has gotten over the week, and that's without any form of training. Maria concluded that he has a powerful Sacred Gear, maybe even Longinus Class one.

In that case, if Maria ends up mind-controlling him, the chances of other high-level Devils probing him, a Longinus Class Sacred Gear user without his permission, is rather slim… considering their hypocritical nature… making him the best person to mind-control. And she has a reasonably good understanding of him to believe that he won't let other pry into his mind that easily. He is prideful… despite the lackadaisical attitude he usually portrays.

But she's still worried. The mind-control… it… wouldn't break him, right?

-Levi-

Note to future self, never ever come shopping with Sanju, or Aika for that matter; they are simply wild. I mean, what did I even expect from my perverted girlfriends anyway? Why won't they pull me into a changing room and give me a double boobjob while everything is waiting outside? Nothing is stopping them. Wait, are we in relation? I am… with Aika… probably, and with Sanju… friends with benefits? Her Affection towards me is 75, which is borderline love, so maybe we are in a relationship. I'm honestly not too sure. Ugh, how bothersome.

As we settle down in the shopping mall's food court, admittedly, the atmosphere within the group is strange. Well, I suppose when supernaturals surround you, privacy truly becomes an illusion. I have a feeling everyone already knows what we were doing.

"Amano-Chan, are you alright? Are you not having fun?" I ask Raynare with a genuinely concerned expression. My supposed girlfriend was sitting directly opposite me, thanks to Aika and Sanju occupying my adjacent seats. Ikumi was only interested in boobs, so she sat next to Mio.

"…no, I am having quite some fun. I expected our date to be more private but going around with friends is fun as well." Raynare reassures, her angelic face masking her true feelings.

I have been messing around with her whenever I get the chance to. A few examples are spanking her butt, pulling her into a desolate corner for a battle of tongues, and rubbing her pussy while resting. I did all sorts of things with her throughout the day. And I loved how she acted innocent and shy despite bubbling with uncontrollable anger.

Aika and Sanju also understood that something was wrong with her expression. As I said, she's a horrible actor. Having said that, Sanju still took her sweet time figuring out that she's a fallen angel… Sona needs to disciple her more. Otherwise, I'll take it upon myself to do it. Sanju is way too careless, and I can't be having that.

While having lunch, we did some idle chatter, mostly it was just Aika and Sanju bickering, again. Yeah, they are better on their knees after all. At least, I won't have to hear their bickering. I'd take their moans and dirty talk over nonsensical bickering any day of the week.

After lunch, we split again. We've done that since the start. Our group is too big to travel together. I made sure not to be alone with Raynare since I had a feeling she'd be attacking me the moment we were alone, given the death stares she had been sending towards me. Not that I'm afraid, it's just that making her more annoyed is simply hilarious.

It was evening. Sun has almost set in the west. The last of its radiance coated the world in the orange shade, highlighted with just a hint of red.

Our group was walking down a park when suddenly, a magical barrier was erected. I glanced at Raynare, thinking that her patience had finally run out, except I found traces of surprise on her face as well. It wasn't her doing?

"Why did you guys stop?" Aika and Ikumi ask simultaneously in wonder, noticing everyone but them has paused in tracks. I don't blame them. They have no idea what the fuck is happening.

I could just feel everyone else going into defensive mode, waiting for the one who placed the barrier to show themselves.

Fortunately, we didn't have to wait too long. Right as I was about to reply, a dark-skinned woman with bunny ears and dressed in what I can only conclude as her choice of battle uniform walks out. Her hair was short and white, her eyes green. I can faintly recall her features from anime.

Thoughts about you – Irreverent

Yeah. She's Zest. As far as I could remember, wasn't she working for that creepy-looking old man? Well, shit. Seeing that her thought towards me is irreverent, I'm unlikely to be her target.

"Can we help you?" Aika asked.

"Mio Naruse, you'll be coming with me," Zest says straightforwardly, ignoring her. She then continued, "I'll give you ten seconds to surrender yourself; otherwise, I'll use violence if I have to."

"Who are you?" For the first time today, I heard Mio talk. She glances at me with worry and apology before moving into the front of the group, with Maria shortly following after her with a dark expression.

I pull the entirely confused Aika and Ikumi behind me, making them look at me questionably. "Stay there," I say sternly, making Aika nod obediently and Ikumi frown. Raynare stood at my side, watching the scene unfold amusedly. I was on complete guard against her. Who knows when she'll strike.

"I am Zest," Zest introduces herself mannerly.

"Why do you want to take Mio-Sama away, and who send you? Where are you planning to take her," Maria barrages as she transforms into her succubus form with a flash. Her purple eyes turn into a slit, and small black horns grow out of her head. Her dress now consists of a black leather revealing outfit, white leggings with light pink horizontal stripes, and black boots, as well as small black wings located near her waist.

Zest glances at Maria unconcernedly and then look at Mio, asking again with the same composed tone. "Are you sure you want to fight? Your friends will only end up hurting." Towards the end, her aura flares, making the surroundings rumble as the ground begins to vibrate slowly.

"Okay, what the fuck is going on?" Aika whispers into my ears, seeing the supernatural phenomenon taking place. I shrug. "Just watch." In any case, my powers are most likely going to become public knowledge tonight. I'll explain everything later.

Ikumi, on the other hand, looked ready to fight despite the deterrence Zest put up. Say what you want; after all, she's a protagonist. I can't take her heroicness away. She didn't hide behind me any longer and stepped forward. I sigh in annoyance internally. Even if her Affection towards me is 40, she places more importance on boobs. Dear Ikumi, why are you built like that?

"Mio-Sama, don't fall for her words. We can fight her. Moreover, this town is Gremory and Sitri's backyard. It is only a matter of time before they arrive. Just hang on until then!" Maria says quickly, seeing Mio's hesitation. Poor girl really was willing to sacrifice herself for us.

Hearing Maria's reasonable words, however, lightened her spirit, and her face underwent a change. A magical red circle appeared on her hand, which she aimed at Zest as she said, "Although I don't know why you want me to go with you, I won't follow you. Do what you want."

Hearing all the pre-battle chatter almost made me yawn out loud. Thankfully, I suppressed it. Otherwise, I have a feeling that my hard-earned Affection over the week would encounter a little bit of crisis.

"If that is your choice." Zest nods as her claws extend, and she moves blazingly fast towards Mio, who is taken aback by the speed.

Thankfully, Maria is there. Although her speed wasn't as fast as Zest's, being nearby, she was able to intercept her attack. She then tries to punch her but Zest summersaults and dodges easily. Mio's thick strikes of magical lightning land every time right after her feet bounce back, missing by a thin margin.

I whistle inwardly. Although borderline struggling alone, when combined, they made a powerful duo.

"You make a good combo together," Zest compliments. Apparently, she can read my mind. I could tell she was going easy on them, but that shouldn't be for long.

They exchange a few bouts with Zest mostly using her superior strength and mobility to overpower Maria. Mio tries to use her magic whenever an opportunity arises, but I could easily tell that she has no idea what she's doing. As a result, they were slowly being pushed back.

"And where you might you be going?" I hold Ikumi's hand when she tries to step forward with an enraged expression.

"I don't know? To help them?!" She responds.

"And how will you help them?"

"That's… I'll figure something out. Anyway, I can't stand still when my friends are being targeted." As she says so rather heroically, I feel her minuscule amount of magical power expanding quickly. Was her scared gear awakening? That would be troublesome. That's why before the awakening process began, I chopped the back of her neck, making her pass out instantly.

"Why did you do that?" Aika asks as I pass unconscious Ikumi to her.

"You saw it yourself. She was about to jump into the fight barehanded." I respond without a hint of guilt. She hums, understanding my decision. Honestly, even if I told her the real intent behind my action, forget about getting angry, she'd have tried to help me. Don't underestimate 100 Affection points.

"Stop!" I find Sanju brandishing her Sacred Gear—Absorption Line and trying to join the fight as I look back. Ugh, I forgot there was another woman full of heroicness out here. But however idiotic she might be, she's my woman now. I can't have her getting hurt in my presence. Right when I was about [Dash] and attack Zest myself, Raynare attacked.

I duck quickly as a light-based spear passes from where my chest should be if I were standing. Raynare face showed surprise, and I was quick to take advantage of that. With a quick flip, I rammed my knees right in the guts, sending her flying away. My STR attribute was much higher than her. She stood no chance against me.

"W-what?" Aika was a bit slow to adapt, and Sanju saw what happened.

Stopping her march towards Maria, who had used her Magic Key and turned into her adult version, she ran at me, asking worriedly, "Are you alright?! Are you hurt?"

"No, I'm fine," I say calmly, watching as Raynare rises, her clothes changing swiftly along with her form. A sexy show later where she displays her proud mounds bare, she turns into her older self with black leather straps barely covering her private places.

"How are you so powerful?!" She snarls. Changing into her older form did nothing. My attack still created pulses of pain inside her body, making her grimace.

"Should you really be asking questions right now?" I say, using [Dash] to appear behind her in a moment. Her eyes widen, hearing my voice behind her all of a sudden. She makes the futile effort of creating another light attribute spear and swings it towards me. Easily dodging her attack, I grip her wrist and punch her in the solar plexus. She becomes immobilized.

"H-how?" The bitch looks up from the ground in fear, finally realizing how weak she's in front of me. There was nothing unexpected about this outcome. I was too powerful for her.

"You are dumb, stupid bitch, that's how. Aww... did you really think I had no idea that you were planning to kill me? With the amount of killing intent you were leaking throughout the day, the whole city knows you're out to kill me," I mock her with amusement written on my face. And the dread and embarrassment that appear on her face are hilarious.

"O-on, that day, did you already…?" She asks while gritting her teeth.

"Oh, of course, I did," I sneer mirthlessly and continued, "Thanks for sucking me off, by the way. I was terribly pent up thanks to some other dumbos, but like an angel you are, you appeared and did your magic, sucking my frustration away for two whole hours just because I called you a gold digger. Haha, that was hilarious. Thank you, Amano-Chan."

Her eyes turn red in uncontrollable anger listening to my taunts. But she was too embarrassed even to speak. Her mouth opened and closed, not able to find any retort.

<+16 INT under effect of [Not So Dead] for defeating Raynare!>

Not minding her, I look towards the other battle taking place. They were losing. Zest has created some golems, keeping Maria occupied while she deals with Mio. Hmm. Since my powers have been revealed, it's better to save them and make a good impression.

"Anyway, Amano-Chan, I gotta do something else. Today was fun, and you were pretty cute. To be honest, I prefer your previous form better. Anyway, I could just say that 'let's do that again sometime' but I doubt we'll ever get the chance to." I flash a sad smile to her exasperated face and use [Ghost Walk], disappearing completely without a trace.

While in [Ghost Walk], I use [Dash], reaching Zest in a heartbeat. She was about to attack Mio, who had seemingly given up. I didn't use any fancy techniques and simply sneaked attack. Completely unprepared, Zest was caught off guard and was flung away in a similar fashion to Raynare.

Zest came to a stop after rolling some distance away. "Who are you? Come out!" She stood up and looked around frantically. Too bad I was completely invisible. Honestly, [Ghost Walk] is too formidable. If only I didn't have that damn 10-minute cooldown after every use, I'd walk unhindered in this world. Okay, I exaggerated, but you get the point.

I had a few seconds left, so I didn't hesitate and ran at her. Reaching her, I use my old dagger that deals exactly 1500 damage to stab her shoulder. She is completely taken aback when my dagger appears in front of her out of nowhere. She tries to jump back without hesitance, but I use [Dash] and stab her anyway.

"Ugh…" She groans in pain, her eyes flashing with surprise as my figure appears right in front of her, my hand still holding the handle of the dagger that was embedded deeply in her collarbone. I let go and jump back to Mio.

"Are you alright? Sorry, I was preoccupied with something else." I ask worriedly as I help her to stand up.

Her face holds a mixture of surprise and relief. She asks, "W-why did you help me?"

"Come on, aren't we friends? I can't just sit back and watch you get hurt." I smile as I hold her hand, cringing inside at my heroic dialogues. She doesn't pull back, allowing me to hold her soft hand.

"B-but you didn't help at first." She says after a moment, looking up to me hesitantly, worried that she might be too rude to her savior.

"Well, I thought you guys would be able to handle it, to be honest. I had my reason to hide my powers." I smile 'sadly', hurt by her suspicions.

"I-I'm sorry. Because of me…." She bites her lips in shame. That's right, that's right, feel the shame. After all, I revealed my powers only for you. I'll be putting that cute face and big breasts to good use later on for my big 'loss'.

"It's alright. I've no regret." I say quickly, seemingly trying to erase her guilt but building more in the process.

"Bu—" She goes to say something again, but I press my finger on her lips.

"Sshhh, it's alright. Come and help me bind that bunny girl with this. After that, I'll help Maria." As I say that, Mio's embarrassed self finally remembers that Maria is in danger too. Well, not that much, by the looks of it. After she saw me save Mio, she was able to take care of Golems with a free mind, and she was winning.

"You… Who are you?" As I press Zest's hands together behind her back and gestures Mio to bind her using the rope I passed her, Zest asks with narrowed eyes.

Strangely enough, she was rather tamed and didn't resist at all while Mio was binding her. Was she sent here unwillingly? I didn't attack her that badly so if she wants to, she can definitely resist.

"Someone you should've taken into account when attacking today," I boast, pinching her rather big ass a couple of times when Mio was looking towards Maria, making her wince.

"I… miscalculated, it seems. Well, no matter. If my fate desires my demise, so be it. And before you ask, no, I cannot control the Golems. I can only make them. You have to destroy them yourselves." Saying so, she actually closes her eyes in resignation. Really? Isn't she too quick? Resist more; god damn it. She is a strange one. But then again, who around me isn't?

I stood up.

"Are you going to save her?" Mio asks as I nod. "Be careful then, Levi," She adds worriedly. I nodded again and took out another dagger before stuffing it back inside the inventory.

The magical barrier surrounding us ripples, and a colorful cast of people appear in our view. Rias and Sona's whole peerage was here.

Author's note:

The shopping mall part could've been slow, but I just wanted to start getting into the main story. I believe five chapters is more than enough for setting the base of how everything is working.

Happy news to those who aren't fond of the dungeon part. Other than a few instances, I'll just give a summary of whatever happened after every night's training.

Gotta dash. Gotta dash.
