"Hey Grid, I want to ask you something." I say to Grid who is still eating his meal.

"Hmm.. What's up Rudeus ?"

"Grid, can I change the battle skill that I choose when I enter this Academy ? I think I can not use this kind of battle skill and it's hard to master that too."

"Sigh.. I actually do not understand why you choose that battle skill that time Rudeus. I though you already understand that body battle skill is hard to practice and not many people wants to practice it too." Grid then continue to add "You can't change the battle you choose Rudeus, if you want to practice another battle you can only buy it with merit points. You can change your merit point for the resources provide by the Academy and that's including battle skill, potion, or even artifact. You can get merit point if you complete the mission. Oh, you can pick the mission from student affairs hall."

"I see. Sigh.. actually I pick this battle skill because I want to increase my defense and you know I only have one meditation battle skill and one battle skill right, Echo Punch Battle Skill." I said it with a kinda sad tone. For a Warrior, battle skill is a technique they need to become strong. There is a few type of battle skill like meditation battle skill which can improve our Warrior Energy and increase our Warrior rank. And then there is battle skill which can attack the enemy, body battle skill which can improve our body and defense, and movement battle skill that can increase our speed and agility.

Battle skill have a grade, from the lowest to the highest is 'common, rare, unique, epic and legendary battle skill'. Most of the Warrior is only have common grade battle skill like my own battle skill 'Echo Punch'. The most important battle skill is of course meditation battle skill. If you have a higher grade meditation battle skill you can improve faster than anyone else, but it's a pity, the meditation battle skill we receive when we awaken is only common grade unless your family is a Noble or your family have a secret battle skill.

"Seems like I can only do the mission and try to get as much as merit so i can pick up another battle skill huh." I thought.

"Oh right Rudeus are you not gonna attend the class ? Seems like you already fine"

"Well yeah. I will go to the class tomorrow." I answer it. "Well it's not like the class is important though, from my memory they just only teach what we already know. After all this is a Warrior Academy so they want us to train and fight more than just to listen a lecture." I thought.

After we have our meal we go separate ways, Grid says he want to go to the training ground to improve his battle skill and I go back to my own room.

In my room I try to organize what i need to do. "First, I need to train my battle skill if I want to become strong and survive. In this dangerous world strength is important. Second, I will try to get merit point from the mission and pick another battle skill. Hmm.. Cause I don't use weapon maybe I will take a fist battle skill or should I try using weapon ? Well I will think about it again when I already have merit point. Last, this world is not like a game so that means I only have one live and I can not be reckless like this past body's do or it will be game over before I know it."

"Sigh.. This is hard. And what's more, where the hell the golden finger that all those character receive when they transmigrated, reborn, or reincarnate huh ? Am I not lucky like them ? Or maybe because the setting is in hell mode ? Sh*t, when I began to think about it, it make me more angrier." After all those thinking my eyes become heavy and my body feels tired even though i don't do anything at all this day. And before I know it I began to sleep in the day.

"Ughh.. What happen ? Hmm.. It's already morning, how can i sleep in the middle of day and wake up in the morning ? What's more my head is hurt too. Geez.. What's wrong this body actually."

"Ding.. Good morning master." a female robotic voice comes through my head.

"Huh.. Who's talking ? Am I hearing things now ? Seems like this body is really have problem." I said it in my mind with sigh.

"Ding.. This is me master who is talking. The system" said a robotic voice.

"Huh.. System ? What the.. ? Who are you ? Where are you ? How can you talk to me ?" I said it with a panic expression.

"Ding.. I'm the system who will help master. I'm talking through your mind master. The system is inside master soul." answer the robotic voice.

"Huh.. You talk through my mind?"

"Ding.. Yes master"

"What can of system are you ? And how you gonna help me ?"

"Ding.. The system don't have a name master. The system will help master to become strong. Please check your status. You can say 'Status' to show your own status master." answer a female robotic voice.

"Ding.. Master can get exp from all the thing master do, be it meditation, defeat an enemy or consume potion and herb. The level in battle skill is a battle skill mastery master. The higher the mastery the more powerful the battle skill can become. When the battle skill reach max level, the battle skill can rank up into a higher battle skill master." the system answer it with a robotic voice.

"I see.. Damn.. Is that mean I can rank up every battle skill that I learn ? Hahahah... good.. really good.." I said it with a happy voice. " So how can i get the exp for battle skill mastery system ?."

"Ding.. To get and exp battle skill master need to use the battle skill."

"To use the battle skill ? What do you mean system ?" I ask with a confused face.

"Ding.. Yes master. For example if master want to increase the master of echo punch, master need to use it and hit something with it. But master can only get the exp if master truly hit it. The higher the mastery the more exp master need to level up and the exp master can get its depend on what master is hitting. The stronger the enemy the more exp master can get" said the a female robotic system.

"Wait a minutes, if I only can get exp if i use the skill is that mean it will be depend on what battle skill i use right. If meditation battle skill that means i must meditate to earn the exp, but what about body battle skill then ? Is that mean I can only get the exp if something hit me ?" I ask the system with a worried face.

"Ding.. Yes master." the system answer with a female robotic voice without any change

My face become red immediately and then I scream "No... I know it, that battle skill is f*ck up. Sh*t. What an idiot battle skill".
