But at the same time mastering it was nigh impossible. Mastering this would take a long time, the newly created cultivation art had 34 moves in it and they were so fast that when performed together it could annihilate the target in mere seconds.

The modified Sky Escaping Technique was at Mystical Grade Mid level Art and when practised, the cultivator could literally walk in the sky and when mastered he could kick the air and could travel using the resultant force from it. It had different moves like kicking the air, maneuvering mid air, making extreme movements mid air and hovering in the air.

Alaric basically had a technique for ending the enemy in mere seconds without resistance and another to escape with high speed without being detected.

While two Mystical Cultivation Arts were good, mastering them were almost impossible for Alaric, if he did not have shop function that is.

The next morning Alaric woke up refreshed and all healed, his body also had major changes. He could now perform the Heavenly Sword Art without breaking his bones, though not all of the 34 moves. Alaric could only do the starting 12 moves, if he want to go to the next stage, another session was required. And another session to practise the Sky Walking Technique which now he renamed as 'The Sky Monarch's Walk'

Alaric checked his body in the mirror and sure enough his body looked chiseled and his muscles were denser than normal. After checking out the changes he began to practise the breathing technique until the sun rose.

After washing his face and eating breakfast he had visitors at his mansion. They were none other than his friends Guo Zhu and Pan Rong, overtime they became close friends and hangout together often. They came together to the Xiangling town to register at the Jie academy, Alaric and his friends already planned to attend the academy together and after his mother's request, he just preponed his plans with his friends. Surely they agreed as they had nothing much to do anyways.

"How are you brother Wan Xiu? You look stronger than last time" said Guo Zhu, he is as usual very lively with his sharp instincts.

"You look well brother Wan Xiu" said Pan Rong with a friendly smile.

"I am dong fine, brother Gou, brother Pan. It's always a joy to hear from you" Alaric said with his usual friendliness towards them.

They quickly sat in the courtyard and the servants served some expensive tea with some snacks.

The three of them did not have any formalities and were laughing and chatting heartfully after exchanging some pleasantries. They mostly laughed at Guo Zhu's blunt and dumb answers to some questions and sometimes on their own jokes. The day passed by as the three youths continued to enjoy themselves.

"Brother Xiu what courses are you taking?" asked Guo Zhu

"I plan to take five, leaving Blacksmithing, Weaponsmithing and Herbology" answered Alaric truthfully.

The two youths looked like they were seeing someone stupid, Alaric guessed their line of thought and told them some lies that he always found these subjects interesting and so on.

Just like that time passed, Pan Rong being observant of time told that he needs to register tomorrow and left with Guo Zhu in tow.

Alaric sent them off and returned to his courtyard, under the starry sky his eyes were sparking, he said in his mind
