1 The crazy world we live in

Splat, splut… a disgusting sound was echoing in every corner of the hallway. It was the sound that came from stepping on blood and organs. The walls were all deep red with traces of sword strikes. I got the urge to vomit. Even though for the last year I had seen many similar situations, this was the grossest one.

I just tried to hypnotize myself that all of this wasn't my fault, that I was here just to get the pass and the points. 'Yeah, just the pass and the points'.

As I continued walking with unsteady steps, but suddenly I heard another sound, the sound of a human.

I furrowed my brow, 'Someone is still alive… but that shouldn't be possible...' I started walking towards the sound.

When I saw it. the first thing that came to my mind was 'How is he still alive?'.

The man had his legs and his left arm severed. He was bleeding all over, it was a miracle that he was still alive.

The man, with his remaining arm, was dragging his body towards a golden ticket. He kept on muttering "No..! I worked so hard to get the pass..! Why me.. don't take it away from me….! I need it… for my little sister…!"

But, with all the noise that I was making by walking on the wet ground it was obvious that the man would notice me.

He slowly turned his head towards me. His eyes opened wide like he had seen a ghost. It looked like he was trying to shout something but suddenly he spat out a mouthful of blood.

'I better put him out of his misery…' I drew my dagger and prepared to finish him of with one swing. I walked over to him, but before I killed him I touched a strange mark on his chest.

I little screen opened up.

I walked over to the golden ticket. I quickly grabbed it and at that moment notification appeared.

You will be gifted as many points as people brutally murdered during this mission!
