I and uncle Ben were making our way through the woods, I brought him to show the hot springs that formed under the castle last few days

There is even a pond in front of the heart tree , as we were getting near the the pond it is getting misty

As we reach near the center we can see a big pond near tree, it is not very deep but enough for a casual swim and bathing

The pond looks beautiful with vapours and mist in the air , surrounded by trees the water is crystal clear and clean

"See uncle I told you there are hot springs underground, we can't go through are original plan we can build the keep with pipes that pump hot water like winterfell, we can make glass gardens here "

" I can see that Jon, but as I told you we don't have the gold, even this restoration is stretching us thin, but this is clearly something no one has been able to find hot springs in North other than winterfell, maybe we can build it proper in the future"

"That's why I want you take a loan from the Ironbank as my regent, 1 million gold dragons should be enough for now"

" Are you crazy Jon , we could build a proper castle with half that, even if we want to the bank won't give us so much gold , these lands won't make enough gold for us to pay it back"

" The bank will if we sign a contract, tell them if we don't pay it back within 5 years with interest they can keep the castle and the lands "

"Jon they will give us gold but we will likely lose the castle and lands, we can't make soo much gold in such little time that's just too much risk"

"Ben trust me , we will pay back the loan within less than 3 years,you are my regent if you see that in 2 years I don't make enough gold we can borrow from the Manderlys to pay back the Ironbank,Ben I will make Moat Cailin as mighty as winterfell"

Uncle Benjen was still unsure with the whole idea , he was looking at the steamy pond in front of us , then he went ahead and diped his hand in the hot water "it does feel like godswoods here "

Ok time from my main weapon , I take him to right infornt of the heart tree but for him this was just a dark tree, I put my hand on of his eyes to help him see through the illusion

"See these hot springs are blessing from the old gods , they are not gone just hidden until the right person comes "

Uncle Ben is still shocked by the sudden change of the tree

" I don't know what to say , hey wait it's turning back to that tree again"

"The tree is not charging Ben it's just you can't see through the illusion without my help , when we will build a proper castle and godswoods worth of the heart tree the illusion will break and old gods will be with us again"

"So what to do we do know" Ben is still shocked with the whole thing

" Now you go and take the loan , I will start to design how we are going to build this castle " all Ben could do was nod still not over the situation

At first I was going to stay in winterfell until the construction of keep was complete which would have taken at least a year or more but now I would stay here personally oversee the construction

A million gold dragons is too much but I am going to make this castle worthy of the dragons,I would make make keep lined with pipes like winterfell, make huge glass gardens that can feed entire white harbour, build the castle with Valariyan architecture like indoor lifts inside the structures, beautiful balconies etc

This castle will put every other castle in the seven kingdoms to shame besides the red keep, it will not only be strong and defensive but also beautiful

His ancestors built summerhall as a summer vacation spot than this will be the winter vacation spot

But first I need start making gold, I know just the thing to make lots of gold at very cheap cost, Valariyan wine But I would need to make proper arrangements before I can start with my plan

I would also need to bring the velaryons in to the fold and the fanatics of the red temple

I thought this would not be needed for next few years but I need to push my plan forward a little, but this could work better , I can have a strong fleet sooner rather than later
