Rhaenys came to Essos to meet her aunt with egg but she never expected this,she played the situation 100 times in her head about how their aunt would react but she never would have guessed this

She has never seen egg act like this, he is always calm and level headed but with Daenerys he can't help himself, they both always try to one up each other and they are both insanely stubborn to back down

Even though Daenerys doesn't accept the fact that we are her family, she and Egg certainly act like they are family, the closer she looks at them the more similarities she finds, the biggest one being they are both awakened, even in the entire Valyrian history this has happened only three times but here she is with two awakened in the same family

Both Egg and Daenerys have the otherworldly valyrian beauty, they both are driven and don't back down no matter what, they both managed to hatch dragons,and they even feel like dragons in human form, even now they are acting like wild animals fighting for dominance

She doesn't know what to do with both of them when they act like this, at least the dragons are happy with this situation, even Lynix gets excited when both egg and Daenerys are close, the only one that acts mature is the least mature dragon of them all Nightfury, even Rhaenys can see that the black dragon is just jealous that egg and Daenerys are getting close

Even though things are still awkward between her and Daenerys, she can at least be with the little dragons, one of the reason she came here is to see the dragons, she always wondered how would Lynix look when she was younger, even now she can't believe that these three little dragons that are are little bigger than dogs now would grow to Lynix's size

Drogon, Viserion and Rhaegal are all incredible, now there are two dragons named after her father, even when they were a world away egg and Daenerys still somehow act the same,while Daenerys tries to put a wall between aunt and niece her dragons are close to Rhaenys as they can get

Among the three of then Viserion is clearly her favourite, he is kind and gentle and always curious about new things, and in more ways than one reminds her of Balerion her black cat, looking at Viserion she can't help but wonder what happened to her cat

But no matter how cute the little dragons are she can't spend all her time with them, she has been talking and learning from Ser Barristan and others but most importantly she is trying to make her bond with Lynix stronger

She still remembers the feeling when she lost control of Lynix during the battle, she and Lynix are always connected and their emotions feed of eachother but that day Lynix just exploded with a huge wave of anger and she couldn't keep her calm,being connected with a dragon is literally being bigger than herself

This was supposed to show egg that she can handle herself and Lynix in battle but all she did was embarrass herself and her dragon, Egg repeatedly told her that dragons have a fiery temper in more ways than one and it is upto the rider to make sure they don't lose themselves in the heat of battle

Only after one becomes a dragonrider can one understand that being a rider is not just sitting on the back of a dragon and telling it what to do, you have to be there with your dragon every step of the way, and for that you need a mental fortitude of a dragon to even have a chance

Rhaenys can't even comprehend how Egg rides with Nightfury, because his red fire is in a completely different realm than normal dragonfire, but she is not going to let this slow her down, she and Lynix can go through anything with each other

Speaking of getting through things, she hopes that she can get through this meeting, Daenerys and her council are discussing what to do with the slave masters that they captured,and she and egg are here because even with all the bickering Daenerys still needs egg's input on things and egg doesn't want to miss an opportunity to gloat over Daenerys

Ser Barristan and others hopes that the queen can show mercy but the former slaves want the masters dead, Rhaenys also thinks mercy is the right choice her to maintain the new rule but she is not going to say anything when Daenerys looks like she wants to burn every last one of them

But while the council is discussing such important issues egg is on the other side of the table playing with Rhaegal and drogon clearly not paying any attention to what is going on, suddenly the queen smacks her hand down on the table and everybody goes silent

The queen looks directly at egg" King Aegon what are your views on this matter "

Egg gives a dry chuckle "I can tell you but the question is can you can you do it"

But the queen just gives him an angry look than the whole thing changes, egg once again has silver hair "Aye Queen Daenerys I think you should kill them all down to the very last slave master, every one you find kill them all"

"Your grace please think about what you are saying, you are talking about killing hundreds of people" Ser Barristan quickly said clearly shocked by what egg said

"They are not people, they are vile beast roaming around wearing a human skin, they can look at a innocent newborn babe and see a thing they can shape, buy, use and sell, you don't show mercy to such beasts, Queen Daenerys what you will do now will determine the fate of not only everyone here but also every child that will be born on this land, will they be born in chains or in freedom"

While everyone is shocked the queen is unaffected "So what should I do to make sure that no child is ever put in chains"

Egg smiles at her questions but that smile sends shivers down Rhaenys's back

"First of all you need to realise that you are not fighting against slave masters but the entire institution of slavery and everybody who depends on the slave trade, you are fighting from all sides and the only one who are behind you are the slaves that are oppressed for centuries, even your unsullied had to kill a innocent babes so there is no line the slave masters won't cross to defeat you, so negotiation is out of question there is only fire and blood, you have to kill everyone of them, destroy their harpies and anything that has to do with the slaves, you have to take all of their wealth and make sure that the slave cities can function without trading salves, you have to kill every merchant or trader that comes in your way, can you do all of this Queen Daenerys if you can't we can take mereen tomorrow and you can come back home, the slave masters will make sure to hide themselves for a while but slavery will still go on in the dark, but if you really want to abolish slavery than make sure that even thousand years from now people remember what Queen Daenerys did to the men who tried to own slaves"

"I will end slavery no matter what" her aunt said with a fire in her eyes

"Then house Targaryen will stand behind you Queen Daenerys"

Rhaenys thought it was bad when when these two couldn't agree on anything now she almost feels sorry for the slave masters, her ancestors were really wise when they chose Fire and Blood as their house words because nothing else can properly describe what is about to happen
