1 New Beginnings

The last thing I remember was sitting on a plane headed back to the U.S. after visiting my Grandparents in England. Now only darkness surrounds me, I feel alive yet at the same time, not, it's a peculiar feeling really.

Oddly enough despite hearing that I've died, I felt nothing by that news. It was like I could remember my past life but rather than actually living it, it was more like being a spectator rather than experiencing it first hand.

'Interesting, first can you tell me what I am, where I am, and what year it is Oracle.'

[It is Currently 200 years Before age, 750 years before the Saiyans found Planet Plant later known as Planet Vegeta. You are a Frost Demon, the same race as Frieza and his family. We are currently on Planet Geyser in one of the Galaxies of the South Area of Universe 7.]

'So a member of a pretty powerful race huh? What is the maturation process?

[You are in the period after birth where Frost Demons cover themselves in a thick layer of unbreakable ice that will unthaw upon reaching maturity. As you mature your power will grow and accumulate, once you unthaw you will then create a varying number of transformations to control your power. For example, Frieza's Final form is, in fact, the form he was born in while his first form was created to control his power. The more powerful the Frost Demon is upon birth the more transformations they will have up to a maximum of 6 known transformations and one ultimate transformation which would be similar to Golden Frieza. Not many are born able to achieve this as Frost demons do not train to increase their power as Frieza did.]

'Ho ho, So what are your major functions?'

[Acquire, store, and manage information, Upgrade Techniques, Acquire the genetic material of other races, and modify the race of the host.]

'Those individually do not sound powerful but together they can create something incredible. How long will the thawing process take?'

'So does that make me one of the more powerful Frost demons?'

[Negative, in fact, the body that your soul took over was a frost demon that should have died in an Ice storm before he could even get to maturity. You will be weaker than Frieza as his Thawing period was 263 Years.]

'So I am at the bottom of the barrel huh? Well, let's organize the information we know about Frost Demons since I am in this situation I might as well make the best of it.'

[Frost Demons are a race that can reproduce asexually due to the lack of Female members of the race, they are a very xenophobic race that will destroy any race which they believe will pose a threat to them. As this is before the Planet Trade Organization is created the number of Frost Demons that have left Planet Geyser is low so the majority of the race should still be present here. As they do not feel the need to train themselves to grow stronger there are not many techniques that are native to the Planet also there is no Ki control technique which is a major reason the frost demons have so much fear of the Saiyans as they are unable to understand the relation of power to Ki similar to the Saiyans themselves. even though they also have the potential to grow exponentially stronger during their near-infinite lifespans.]

'Ahh, I'm slated to be forever alone from birth as I can reproduce asexually and there is a lack of females. Well, the First thing I do when I unthaw is find a way to control my power after I create my transformations. The ability to sense Ki is essential in this world and it will also help me understand the so-called power levels much more. The second thing will be to figure out what is happening during this time period, everything after that I guess I will just wing it.'

100 years later in the barren snow-covered mountains of Geyser, the Ice of a newly matured Frost Demon broke, This Frost Demon was about 5'3, as he is currently in his Original form he had an Off-grey Bio Suit with Cyan bio gems, Overall he was slender and shared an appearance similar to Final Form Frieza. He struggled to stand upright as his power could not be controlled, from there he created different transformations until he was successfully able to move his body the way he wanted to.

This Frost Demon then sat in a meditative position in his first form which was Looked like a mixture of Chilled and Cooler with two horns sticking out the sides of his head, and shoulders with a barbed tail. First, he expanded his ki outward as he tried to sense the life forms around him in a poor attempt of Ki Sense. His Cyan Aura was like a beacon in the Snow as he sat there searching for someone or something on this massively barren planet. When he realized he was currently far too weak to sense beings at extremely far distances he placed all of his efforts into training his Ki so he could control it.

The Only Frost demon to master control over his Ki was Frieza who gained the strength to manipulate the energy of a God of Destruction. To live without fear in this would power is a necessity, Zero which this Frost demon decided to name himself, will gain that power.

[Ki Understanding and control mastered.]

'How long did that take?'

[6 months, 21 days, 19 hours, and 43 minutes.]

'What is my Power level?'

[131,652, this is based on your most powerful form, in your current form your power level is 12,000]

'Frost Demons are amazing though even with their lack of a zenkai boost they are born with power Goku and the others took years to accumulate. Now I have to figure out the situation on this planet, even with my Ki Sense the only life I can find is some small animals. I also have to train more for what is to come.'

Planet Geyser has a horrible climate for most life forms. Although the Planet is large enough to support many hundreds of billions of humans the Icy surface and the Liquid Nitrogen oceans make that impossible. The Gravity on the planet is roughly 100 times that of earth, it's constantly snowing, and there is no vegetation.

It's a wasteland that somehow, someway, spawned the Frost Demons. The Race itself is rather small with only 100,000 inhabiting the entire Planet, but their survivability is unfathomable to humans. They do not need oxygen to breathe due to the lack of it on Planet Geyser and they can also survive in the vacuum of space. They can go extremely long periods of time without substance due to the lack of it on Planet Geyser and they are overall not extremely warm to their fellow clansmen as there has never been someone to bring them all under one banner in the current era.

'In the Current timeline, King Cold shouldn't be born yet let alone Frieza. At Present, there isn't much I can do on this Planet but train my body. Even if I do find other Frost Demons the probability of them being friendly is low and they should have a tribe-like mindset at this point where they are just trying to survive on this hellish planet. The Best thing to do would be to Train my body and find a way to get off this planet, maybe join the Galactic Patrol to build contacts and travel to the worlds necessary for me to gain enough power.'

Zero stands up and looks up at the Cloudy sky of Geyser from the Mountain that has been his home since his Birth.

'Right now I am in the South Galaxy where Planet Plant and Planet Konats are the only Planets that are known by the Galactic Patrol but the Galactic patrols' influence in this area is small so that plan to join it is scrapped before I can even try it. Maybe I should try to get to Planet Plant, home of the Truffles as their Technology is needed. A lot of the things the Saiyans and Frieza use were created by the Truffles, while it is around 800 years before the Saiyan-Truffle war that will eradicate the race if I can migrate a few of them to another planet to use as a base to gain strength then I can save them from total extinction.'

Using his Ki Zero then gradually started to fly into the sky until he was above the cloud layer and in space. He looked down at Planet Geyser which looked like a white pearl in the nothingness of space.

'Planet Geyser is on the outer edges of the Galaxy far away from the sun, I could fly to another Planet but that could take years with my current power level. All I can do now is Train.'

Flying back down to the surface of the Planet, Zero situated himself on the bottom of the deepest ocean on the planet to Begin has made Spartan-like training. His training consisted of a 30-mile run,1000 Plant to Push-ups, 1000 Air Squats, 1000 Sit-ups, 1000, Dips, 1000, Lunges, 100 pull-ups, and 1000 Leg Raises.

'Due to the fact I was not born a Saiyan, I have to train harder for fewer results than a Saiyan. However, this is necessary to get off of this planet, I don't know what the future has in store for me but what I do know is that I don't want to be cannon fodder.'

So for the next 100 years, Zero trained his body to the point Oracle said he was able to leave the Planet and arrive at Planet Plant in a reasonable time.

'It took me a century to reach the Level near what Frieza and Cooler were born with, genetics are so unfair.'

With that Zero took flight to Planet Plant leaving planet Geyser behind maybe when he has the strength he will return to his homeworld to unite the Tribes.

The Flight to Plant was long and boring as there was nothing to do in space but talk to Oracle to organize all the things Zero remembered from the Dragon Ball Franchise in his past life. Once he saw the Beautiful Red Planet he made his way down to the surface where he searched for life.

To his surprise, he indeed found the Truffle's which despite his understanding were much more technologically advanced than he imagined. He Saw a large city with many flying cars, people, and other devices he could not make heads or tails of all around.

Yet before he could move towards the City to seek the Truffles, the Truffles found him. In what seemed like an instant he was surrounded yet they did not show outright hostility due to his power level yet they were indeed wary of his presence.

"Excuse me but, I would like to know what brings you to our planet."

The one that looked like the commander took the lead in speaking to Zero, internally Zero was even more surprised that he was able to understand what Truffle was saying but he just wrote it off as Oracle providing him with a translation.

"I come from a very barren planet where snow covers the surface year-round and there are not many of my species. In order to find someplace slightly better for myself, I traveled the Galaxy until I came across this planet. I did not expect the inhabitants to be this advanced nor this numerous so please excuse my intrusion."

'The Truffles are said to be a very docile race that demonstrates no aggressive tendencies nor internal strafe unless provoked. That seems to be true as they detected my presence due to me allowing a slight amount of my ki to leak out yet instead of outright attacking me I was approached amicably. If I show goodwill they will respond with goodwill, Let's learn all I can from them."
